People still want to complain the absence of microSD or 3.5mm jack..then complaining about the IR port too. It's 2022 already..if you want that features buy a lower spec phone. No smartphone is perfect. Quit complaining, stop being a dumbass too.

How long a smartphone battery lasts has a lot more to do with how you use it than how you charge it. People who game or use a lot of processing power on their phone will inevitably generate a lot of sustained heat that will degrade a battery much faster than through charging. For users who don't do either of those, the battery will hold its capacity well enough for a good number of years whether it's fast charging or not.

Go read some threads on official Samsung Member forum, literally 99,9% of samsung user are happy with One UI 4.

In my country, this will cost as much as Motorola Edge 30 Pro (with some freebies still available). Even the Motorola Edge 20 Pro has gone for less than 30% of this Nothing 1 price and neither Motorola phone has this gimmicky light that makes this Nothing phone look like the prostitute of the mobile phone world.

Faster changers are bad for battery health
They make the degradation of a battery too fast plus it's not like you can just remove your none removeable battery

If it was a metal phone that was sub 100 pound then it be different
Metal or premium build is normal at its price range and better screens exist

Bezel is not that think like samsung phones.
Sides of iphone are easily 3-4mm.

Here are some facts: Samsung said they will focus on animation smoothness with One UI 5.0 but we'll have to wait & see about that. Currently One UI is kinda laggy, even on my S22 Ultra (Exynos). I had to disable blur and now it's better, but I shouldn't have to make the interface ugly just to get rid of choppy animations. I bet it's even worse on mid range phones such as the A52s or A53.
I currently have both S22U and Pixel 6 Pro. Pixel is way smoother, but has less features. There are no perfect devices, however, since Nothing OS is close to stock (from what I read) it should have a much smoother ui than Samsung's One UI 4.1 on A52s. Pick your poison...

Severe lack of aesthetics in the smartphone industry. This breaks the monotony of it. I'm all for phones that light up like Christmas tree instead of the boring slabs. Props to Asus as well.

I don‘t how overhyped the phone is, which is definitely what the company wanted, BUT: I rarely see phones with a good metal + glass construction in this price range. They are normally completely plastic, or either with a plastic frame or back, and with two 2MP sensors thrown at the back for good measure. This looks higher end than the competition. They didn’t make it 6.7 inch, 6000 mAh just to have higher numbers than their competitors.
