SD 778G? this is no high end phone, maybe a mediocre one but nothing UI is fantastic. In India .....should be around Rs 25k.

Oneplus was and is always Oppo, but they tried to hide it by Oneplus claiming to be independent from Oppo. Same like Nothing claiming to be independent from other brands but these are only their words. Who knows 5 or 6 years later Nothing will also merge with its real benefactor. The Nothing name is nothing significant compared to Essential. Anyways, name doesn't guarantee success. Guess where is Essential now?

This is basically a Galaxy A52s 5G without a microSD slot and headphone jack but more expensive. I know, it has a cool backlight and stuff, but is that really worth over 190$? Just get an A52s, A53, a Moto Edge or a comparable Sony for a better deal.

I'm confused. So the back of the phone has a light show going on. So you're supposed to put the phone down upside down? Well, who does that? And doesn't that also severely restrict the case material (not to mention, design) that can be used? Hey, here's a joke I contribute in return: Nothing surprises me anymore! You see, the joke is in the form of a "pun" -- what makes it hye haw funny is the double entendre meaning of the word "Nothing"...have I driven the "joke" sufficiently into the ground yet, or do I need to keep going?

Most people prefer devices based on the chipset only and nothing else. I never buy devices looking at the chipset only.
Most devices have 2mp macro cameras and 2mp depth cameras, they really have no use.
Almost all phones under ₹32000 has plastic frame and plastic back panels (some have glass backs but the frame is plastic), I prefer built quality over flagship processor, I prefer phones with good build quality, which have metal frame and glass back, these devices feel premium, plastic scratches too easy and after some time starts looking ugly, plastic frame breaks easily as compared to metal frame.
The other factor is software and it is the most important factor. Almost all android phones (except Google Pixel and Android One devices) have bloatware problem. If you are not careful while setting up the device, it will download 3rd party bloatware automatically. The cleaner the software, the better will it run on mid range processors.
This company offer sd888 in this price range, that company offer sd 8 gen 1 in this range, bla bla bla. These devices have literally the worst software experience and bugs. I tried all these devices.
AND BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR DATA. Don't click on every AGREE option on these smartphones.
