500 EUR for this phone is very stupid move by a new brand!
I hope they don't release with this leaked specs.

Like iPhone 6 ($650), Galaxy S5 ($650), LG G3 ($600) So it's only $300 difference from 2014 flagship than today's many $1000 flagships but there are already cheaper flagship killers than back then.

The OnePlus 1 was a flagship at the price point of a Redmi Note 11 Pro, an 8 series snapdragon, a 1080p display (at the time impressive), a-n at the time- whopping 64/3GB config, and 4K video recording.
The NothingPhone1 is no 1+1, though it has a nice design, your run-of-the-mill display and cameras, and a chip made for phones selling for 350±, what does it have otherwise? Wireless charging is pretty much useless, (if you want it THAT bad, makeshift "MagSafe" does the trick just fine).
TL; DR+conclusion: buy POCO F4, better specs or somewhat equivalent, 20% cheaper.

I used to have the OnePlus X, thanks to the chipset not supporting a feature in Android 7, it only got updated to Android 6 (1 Android update). Yet, my Moto X4, which only had a Snapdragon 630, got 2 major Android updates.

See, Android 13 might run on an 845, but its pretty likely that Qualcomm won't release kernels and drivers for the next Android versions, same is the case with the 855
A 778G+ is basically a more efficient 855, so its a win win

Mr. Goman, 23 Jun 2022Why companies are always using new procesors, why not to us... morebecause those chips are 4g chips nimwits and are much less efficient than current high end midrange chip..... and alot cooler and less stress put on the battery..... i use both 778g and 888 and i say and i quoted that 778g is as good as 888 in term of EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!, INCLUDING GAMING AND IF YOURE NOT A GAMER why would you need something that is overkill??????
