Hitchhiker, 06 Jul 2024Watch out if you decide to buy the white colour from Amazon... moreCheck this site's 3D model. It shows the Milk color in a cleaner white than the actual White. Should've kept just the current Milk one and called it White instead.

Watch out if you decide to buy the white colour from Amazon because it's not white at all but rather creme a.k.a. "Milk". I bought the 12/256GB last Friday and it arrived today, but in the sickly creme color so I'll be sending it back on Monday. I think it's atrocious to use an image of the white background to persuade users to buy the phone and then send them a different color than what they ordered.

I've noticed that on a few sites there are a number of these sickly creme colored versions around which are being sold at a few extra euros off instead of the normal 349 euros which is the price of the new ones and I suspect that they're returns from users who expected a white one, but got the Milk one instead and sent it back.

Gino76ph, 29 Jun 2024A few months ago I had a Phone 2a. I sold it because of one... moreI have no issues.. Best Performing

A few months ago I had a Phone 2a. I sold it because of one annoying issue. The issue is the Dark Theme turning off automatically after an alarm went off.
For example, If I set my alarm to come on at 6am the dark theme of my Phone 2a turns off for some reason the Light theme comes on. After three (or four) updates the bug was never squashed.
                        Does anybody experiences this bug?
Do we know if this bug has been squashed now w/ an update?

Hitchhiker, 23 Jun 2024There's no card slot I know, but can the second SIM sl... moreYou can know if there is an expandable storage from the info provided in this page by looking for 2 things:
                          1. if it said that it has an SD expandable card, which is obvious...
                          2. if the sim info said that it has a "Hyper dual sim" which means that you can remove one of the 2 sims and put an SD card in it's place, so you'll end up with 1 sim and 1 SD card.
But sadly this phone doesn't have it... :( hope this info helps you in the future :)

No wireless charging is such a deal breaker :/

Considering that expandable storage is not supported on any of the Nothing phone models (so far) that's bad news for anyone contemplating buying the 128 GB model because Android system files will take up around 23GB initially. Couple that with the guaranteed three new Android versions over the next five years and four years of security updates, that ROM could get eaten up pretty quickly leaving little space for you own data.

There's no card slot I know, but can the second SIM slot be used to expand storage space? Apologies if you already mentioned that, but I don't recall seeing it anywhere in the review.

The problem these days with storage is that Android versions are increasing in size exponentially with Android 13 eating up 23GB all on its own. Sure you can go rent some cloud space, but I prefer to keep my data locally on my own device. So if the second SIM slot can't be used for storage I think I'll go with the 12/512GB Nothing 2 model.
