a really cool looking phone but very problematic! mine and my sisters had to go back as keeps switching off, unable to answer calls, vibrating when its off. people getting engaged tones when trying to ring you. sometimes doesnt switch on....

There was a fault with the early batches of this phone. They are now selling Version 2 with updated software. This seems to have fixed the shutdown problem. BTW Nick...the phone was really powering down...not just sleeping!!

I got this phone about 4 months ago and it has lasted without turning itself off. However, having survived the bumps and movements of the past months it has only just cracked the screen. I didn't notably do this i just pulled it out and it was smashed. I think O2 should invest in some stronger screens, do you?

there is a problem with the whole x1i range, something to do with the software. all phones in store have been recalled & if you take one back they will offer the siemens c65, se k500i or the se t630 as a replacement.
