i had this peice of junk 4 xmas, and its pants! the camera takes donkeys to take i just hav pics of the sides of ppls heds bcoz they hear that dam camera noise n then turn their hed! is there no possible way of turnin that camera noise off?! its so annoying i try to take pics of ppl who dont kno im takin it and its just so dam obvious! apart from me holdin my fone up at weird angles! its not frozen yet! YET! the maount of txt msgs it can hold is good, but i hate how it needs chargin all the time. wen i 1st brought the fone the pic msgs wudnt work so i had to phone up o2, the bloke dint kno wot to do as everthin he tried dint fix it in the end he took my email address n got sum1 else to email wot i had to do. And on the o2 website the games say they play on o2x2 but dont! why! the bloke from o2 cudnt answer that just laughed! Laughed! ILL LAUGH AT A £5 POWERPUFF GAME THAT I DINT GET! dam u o2 u suck! raaargh!

    The phone is decent but i need help. I left the phone for a day or two and it wont come on. i have tried to charge it,the red light come on, but it seems that its not chargin at all because i have pressed the on button several times but it still wont come on.
    has anyone alse experienced this? if yes if you could e-mail me on how i overcome this situation that would be great

        i have had the O2X2 for about 8 months, i had the O2X1 b4 it but it started to play up so i sent it away to get fixed and gotthe O2X2 free, it was working fine until 2 days ago, i turned it off for know more than 5mins then turned it back on again andthen i tryed to get in to my numbers and the fone wouldnt show me them at all , i turned it off couple more time and cleaned it and it still wouldnt show me my numbers, i can fone poeple on it if i type in the numbers and i can send txts but i cant receave them, if any one else has this problem and knows wat to stop this from happening can u plz email and tell me how, thx

          TomJ, if I remember correctly, you have to phone up o2 customer service to detup the media messaging.

              Dreadfull dreadfull phone. It worked fine for the first month but after that it started freezing up at random times, this got worse and worse the older it got. Suddenly it started switching itself off as well. This is a huge problem if your phones in your pocket, someone's trying to get hold of you and the things switced off! Final straw was when it switched off in the middle of an important phone call.
              Keep well away from this liability!

                Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem with charging up their phone as I do. I've had it about 8 months and it's recently started switching itself off at random times. I can almost live with that but when i come to charge it now, the little O2 symbol on the outer screen which turns blue when charging, is now turning red, and the phone is refusing to charge. Any comments/advise would be much appreciated. Thanks.

                  I just bought this phone second hand so I have no instructions. how do I get my phones souns to work, theres a bell with a cross through it on the screen i assume means silent, but i cant find any settings that i havent already changed to loud, on, ring etc.
                  Any help much appreciated!

                      weel wat can i say i have just bought the phone about 1 month ago and nothing wat so ever has happened with it except i trod it at footy so i had a big stud crack on the front but apart from that there is abs nothing rong with this pone please go and buy it if you want a fone to send a message call people be contacted or anything but don't buy it if u wanna amazin cammy cause its not the best cammy but prety gud if u waanna take pictures of ur deer (i suspect dats only me) but hey

                      plz email me on advice on it or info on a new shell for it danka au revoir

                        Well i love this phone cause it is cool and funky but the problem that i have found is that i can't download games so if you have any tips please email me.

                          i bought the O2 X1 first which i really liked but it kept freezing and turning itself off so i took the phone back and they exchanged it to the X2, i think the fones good lookin but its just so boring for me personally, it takes ages to look through my msgs & pics, which arent good quality and can't save as many,im sick of seeing blue, i have to turn on the power saving mode or else the battery drains in a day,sometimes when i ring someone or i get a call i cant hear anything,i have to keep pressing the volume button up so i can hear them - ANNOYING!i paid £180 for the O2 X1,the X2 wasnt worth this but i didn't get any money back - typical! The tones i think are rubbish,if you're not bothered about having an exciting fone then buy it..just frustrates me sometimes that the money i paid got me a crap fone in the end..i need a new fone ha!

                            i got this phone as a pressie last year (had about 12 months) been a bit annoying but i put up with it until now.....always used to switch itself off for no reason or in middle of downloading summit off it goes. i downloaded a game it went off my phone after 2 days that cost me 2.50 for nuthing. tones are pure rubbish very dissapointing, but its a very cute looking phone. however today it has given up the ghost and i am gutted as i may have lost all my precious piccis. spoke to 02 very good although they referred me to people who actually deal with this model and can i say not very happy. i want to know is my piccis gone forever and my phonebook?????? nobody will answer me???? they are sending me a special envelope to send it to them but hey i think i wont bother. will i get an upgrade if its broken (through no fault of mine) its never been dropped always looked after and to thank me its goes and breaks i dont care about the phone but i am angry that my piccis are gone.
                            i have no proof of purchase as its been soooooo long
                            very dissapointing :(

                              The little simbol that you can see on your screen means that you have e-mail or the equivelant of e-mail on your mobile. I get them, they are normally from O2. To access your mail you have to connect to your browser which you do by pressing the key above the number 2 key on your keypad. The one that says O2 on it!

                                had the O2X1 first but that kept breaking so O2 replaced it with the O2X2. It was fine for a while but now it keeps freezing and turning off. i wouldnt recommend this phone to anyone i cant wait to get a new phone and it wont be from O2's brand.

                                  I bought my phone in January and got £30.00 top-up free! I like th phone coz its small and easy 2 use!My friends really like it and I've not had any problems with it yet! Another thing, people should read the manual if there not sure about PUK, PIN and plura codes. Go on www.o2.co.uk aswell!

                                      when i got this phone i was pleased with the way it looked but after a month i realised that this phone is rubish and cannot recieve most good ringotnes i am very anoyed and wil not be buying 02X3. I cant wait to get a new phone

                                        Bought as an Xmas prezzie,bin back to O2 3 times with same problem(fone freezes wen goin into contacts and switching on takes ages).Picture quality rubbish.Fone replaced after 3rd time.2 weeks later same problem on new X2 so now O2 say they will exchange for Samsung E330,thank goodness.Don't buy this fone unless you like having lots of trouble.
