do not buy this phone i have had mine for 8 months and everytime i go to charge it, it keeps coming up battary too cold!!!
bought a new battary and the same problem!!!

i have had this phone for 2 months and i wish i had never got it,when i turn the phone off and try and turn it on again it wont let me see my contacts list or get texts!i have to take the battery out and after several attempts it works fine again.Also i have been told this phone has pre installed games yet there are none on my phone?!

I ave had this fone 4 a year n i havent had too many probs its jus as a ded low memory and needs chargin lik every 2 days and the camera takes ages to take the pic, bt does ne1 no where i can dwnload games 4 it dat wrk? without havin 2 go on the internet on ma fone coz it doesnt wrk

please DO NOT buy this phone. i have had repeated problems with the battery/charging. the bloke in the 02 shop admitted that they're rubbish. don't waste £100 on it, like i did!

this phone gets nore anoying evryday i tried the factory reset but noooooooo the crap 02 said it wud work but did it balls !!!!! no 1 EVA buy this phone

thankyou kitten for gigvin us that number i did ring it and ur rte the man sounded quite anoyed but i dnt care he phone shunt be so crap i told him i was havin problems looking at my contacts and recieving messages and he said i ahve to do a MASTER RESET this is where you go to setting at go to factroy reset but the bad fing is it totaly wipes all your messages and nu mbers from your phone so write them dwn b4 you do it the man said if this doesnt work you will have to taske it bk so lets hope it works !!

am back again i jus red a comment bout it duplicatin number it dus it with me aswell i have 3 of everynumber in my phone , the camera is crap the lighting is crap the ringtomes are crap aslo my phone wont let me reciceve txts or look at my contact list and today 20 may 05 it wont let me make calls or recieve calls so wots the point in having a phone if it wont let me do anyfing aslo the 02 help lines are CRAP u have to be over 18 to ring then so wot about the people hu are not 18 and need help ??

i have had this problem about 5 times now every month i can call people but i can't recieve calls and i have rang 02 customer care and they don't know what the problem is can anyone help me with my phone???????????

DO NOT buy this phone. I can't believe that shops are still selling it. I've owned Nokias, Sony Ericksons, Motos, pretty much all of em and this is by far the worst I've ever come across. Stupidly small memory, rubbish camera, silly blue flashing light that keeps you awake, poor build quality and don't get me started on the constant crashing. When I finally gave up and bought a different make, the O2 shop called the X range boomerangs, as they always come back. If you listen to just one review here, listen to mine!!! You have been warned!!

It is a benq s670c, Benq manufactures them and O2 distributes them here under their own brand. It is the same with the O2 X1i, X3 and X4 they are all Benq phones.

well i have had this phone since christmas and first it stopped ringing even though it only vibrates and i took vobrate of and it still does then it stopped accepting calls from other phones....whats wrong

am a bit confused...did u all know that this phone is the same as the BenQ S670C phone? I wonder if O2 ripped this phone off BenQ or vice versa. I actually got the BenQ phone, so am naturally hoping that BenQ was the one who came up with the original design.

ive had the x2 for a couple of months and its ok. the battery life is crap, it lasts for like two hours. there are no games and you cany download anything. the only good thing about it is it has quite a bit of memory and is small and slim.

the phone is crap i cant send pics even when it should, it wont recieve any pics either its very slow the camera is extremly pants and its very stupid to have the camera on the back of the phone because u have got to hold the phone at a stupid angle to take a picture and wen u do take a picture its always to bright even when its set on the lowest brightness i honestly dont think that ther is one good thing about this phone. Even the o2 x1 is crap because the camera had literaly just fell off and that couldnt send picture either.

I purchased this phone on ebay and it was working perfectly, although the ringtones and camera are crap.However it had got wet sitting on the pub table, and i have tried drying it in hot press etc.the phones screen is completely blank, although i am receiving calls and texts, i cant read them!! does anyone know where i can get my hands on a new screen for the o2x2 or how i get my one repaired.Any help would be much appreciated!

oh yeh, duz any1 kno wer to get a new glass thing for the front coz it looks a bit tacky. and for all u gob shites i do look after my fone but its extremely easy to get scratched up. also the glass bit for the camera is hangin off, and why duz my phone book keep duplicating numbers one minute i look everythin is ok, next i have about 3 balance, 5 directories and a load of talkin pages. Oh and whoeva had problems turnin it on, mine did that bcoz i cudnt be bothered to charge it so i left it turned off for a few days and it wudnt turn bak on even when it had been charged, i just kept pressin the on button and eventually it came bak on. :-O
