For those who got problems with atom. Please upgrade the ROM. you can feel the different. I got mine for almost a west now. After rom upgrade no more problems.

The worst decision I have made in purchasing a phone. Was fooled by the looks and features which look excellent; but only if they work ! The company changed it once for me but still have the same problems - very poor voice quality, camera doesn't work, phone shuts down suddenly, poor battery life, very bad service back up, can just go on !

i have had nothing but problems with my o2 am sending it back i would not get another one even if it was free

i am planning to buy the atom o2. while going through a few reviews of the phone i read that the atom's camera takes about 9 seconds to start and abuot the same time to save the picture. is this true?! .. between the o2 mini s , atom and neo which would be the best phone to buy?! please help me decide thanks! ..

i bought o2 atom 6 months ago.. when i try to capture an image with high resolution its camera hangs n flash light as well.. n when i try to close all programs by memory option then screes goes white.. and then i have to give it a soft reboot n den it hangs on its O2 welcome screen then by pressing 5-6 times soft reboot key and den after some time its open.. its sound is not upto mark.. can any one suggest me if i upgrade its rom software .. will it help????... pls m stuck in this o2 atom.. worst pda i have ever use.. before that i had o2 mini that is 200% better than this one. n i have motorola a1200 ming fone also.. that moto work better than o2 atom... pls help wat shud i do to solve my atom's problem??????????????????

My Ato is working one year very good, some smaller problems I am looking for a solution:
The battery is covered by the black thin plastic peace which is constantly falling down.
What I can do, is there another smart solution but to fix it with glue?

I like the design and features. it's just, its all in te packaging and not perfectly functioning as it is. I have the worst experience on this PDA, it's always hanging (approx 10x a day), short battery life and so may software bugs.O2 Service centers is dumb to entertain my problem, they said its normal. Better to buy Dopod. The cost is not worth buying for. Not a good option for a PDA or a phone.

I'm looking forward to buy this phone- Kindly advise if I'm making a right choice for a PDA. I'm pretty satisfied with the features however the user experiences count as well.

I bought this great PDA 2 weeks back, please can any one help me out how can i use HANDS FREE, my hands free isnot working, i can not clcik on it, i mean it is not enable, it is these in phone menu, but it is desable, hope u guys understand i maen,

on your o2atom go to PROGRAMS, click on NOTES, hit MENU and tap VIEW RECORDING TOOLBARS, then start recording either your phone conversation or use it as a simple recorder

I just bought an O2 atom pure. To my disappointment it didn't have recorder function. I would think recorder should be a basic function for all PDA fons. I need recorder function for meetings and record sensitive phone conversations which my previous motorola E680 can do all these. Can any one let me know if there is a software to get round this?

i just bought an atom, and i have a problem.
i already inserted my sim card, yet the atom doesnt show the provider.
So i cant use it for phone activities.
anybody knows how to solve the problem, please reply me soon! thanks
