hi, everyone, i'm having some problem with my 02 atom. I have the wifi connection but I cant browse the internet and cant logged on to MSN. I definately would need some experts' advice. Pls help. Thks

    Hi guys,this baby of mine have been serving me well for this pass few months but i do doubts on it's capabilities. Such as the camera and video. Anyone got any ideas on how to have a improved camera shots and higher fps for the video? Is there any s/w to solved this issue? Pls do help me so... Apreciate if there's any kind soulz to enlighten me on this... Thankx in advanced!!!

      i need help...just want to ask how can i send pictures, mp3, wav files via bluetooth??? i can only receive files via bluetooth but i can't send it...can anyone help me pleaseee...tnx..

          I hav Just Bought an o2 atom....This fon Roxs...Its th best Touchscreen i hav ever used....I luv this fon...i just wanna know if any1 knows where i can find softwares nd games for it....plzzzzz reply me on rahulbhatia1@hotmail.com..

            hello all,

            recently I'm having problems with my browser. I try going to a web site but it says that the page is incorrect even though I know it's a real site (i.e. google)
            Does anyone know why?

              @ danielwu (linksys problem)

              I suggest you turn on MAC FILTERING in linksys. Then, key in the MAC Address of your PC and O2Atom.

              This is secure fast and no need to type passwords to get a connection.

                I have done an upgrade to the latest software but after doing so, I find that my battery drains off very fast. Also, the reception becomes very unstable. I have to do a soft reset each time to get a signal. Can anyone give me some advice on this? Thks

                  Have you uninstalled , rebooted, and then gone throug a fresh re-install of latest version of Activesync? (Make srue you have latest version or the one tat came in box with Atom).

                  is it connecting to the pocket pc?.
                  then try 1 thing at a time , like syncing To-Do's, then Calendar, then mail.. do it in small steps to prove whats working or not.

                    I am very frustrated. My 02Mini has been replaced with an 02 Atom (black case), and in spite of hours of effort I cannot get activesync to work. The autodiagnostic suggested some changes to Firewall which were made, but even with the firewall off...to no avail. Is this a piece of crap or does it actually sync as Windows4 used to.

                      hi, juz gotten atm exec days ago. 2 main problems:

                      - ability to connect to my wireless router (wifi) intermittent. When I'm lucky it connects. Else, even if I manually connect it is says "Available". Btw, my wireless router supports both 802.11 b and g stds.

                      - ActiveSync never worked till date. The version in companion CD is version 4.0. I downloaded and tried versions 4.1, 4.2 and 4.5 beta. None worked. When trying to connect, it says "Retrieving registering information" and hung there. On the Atom itself, status is:
                      "ActiveSync encountered a problem in the desktop.
                      Support Code: 0x85010014
                      "

                      Searched for this support code but no avail.

                        hi there! was just wondering if anyone could tell me the answers to these questions:

                        1.) what's the main difference between 02 xda atom and 02 xda atom executive? and

                        2.) although it's a given fact that the 02 atom pure is a limited edition, is that enough to get that instead of the black version? or is the white one more prone to dirt?

                                  Hi. I have tried the method of uploading .wav files into "windows" and I can see the file when i go into the notification directory but I can't seem to play it and there is no sound. Can someone enlighten me on this? Thanks,

                                    For Low Ringtone problem :
                                    1) switch equalizer ON that helps
                                    2) download a 'loud' ringtone gpo.wav is what i use (google for it).
                                    3) try phonealarm lite - thats great for helping with ring tones etc.free trial - try it.
