This is a Windows based PDA...Almost any programs for PDA are suitable.

i hav this fone. got it for about 200 in guyana, thats about 400 us dollars, its a good fone, but im rich so i'll throw it away

SITEX is selling Atom at $1388 with free Blue tooth. However u can change the free gift to 512mb Mini SD.If it is just the set itself, it cost $1348.In addition to that,the booth infront O2 is seeling 1Gb Mini SD at $117.

Sony errison should have a better quality camera,key pad,RDS receiver.
O2 on the other hand is running on Win 5.0.Smaller in Size.
I do think that both are good depends on which is the functions that u focus on.
I would prefer Win 5.0 and using miniSD card. Sony memory cards are much more expensive.
However lets wait till the PDAs are out and listen to its comments.Then we will know how good or stable are they.

I am not too sure if it's $1348 or $1388 because I saw two different price tags there but I overheard the salesgirl telling a buyer that it's $1388, so I had presumed that $1348 includes some conditions. Is that right? I suppose you did ask personally about the pricing? Another question I have is, do you think 02 XDA Atom or the Sony Ericsson P990 is better as a palm phone? Thanks!

What's the battery life like? On average use? Meaning like 10 sms + 25 minutes call a day? Whats it like?

It is capable of going up to 256k.However it is still 65k when we view it...not sure wat that mean..system limitations maybe.

I'm pretty sure there must be a typo error made in the spec on color resolution proven by their official website. It should be 262k instead of only 65k.
