The internal ROM should be at least 1GB in size, because its not good for that big xda loaded with only a few ROM, and few RAM, its useless to carry that big having a small capacity.or at least the ROM/RAM should be upgradeable.just a suggestion.because the design is almost perfect, dont consider the big screen.

the screen display should be wider, theres alot of space on the left and right side of the main display.its all about the screen that should be wider.most cellphone vendors dont get it, to have a wider screen.because most users read from left to right, so they need a wider screen.

Help! Has anyone been successful in running Skype on the XDA Exec. I downloaded Skype for windows mobile and although the programme will run it will not allow me to set up an account. I am trying to do this via a wi-fi connection rather than cellular set up. Regards Andy

Don't like the handset, it's like having a laptop but in a very smaller version.

You may as well get a laptop and it's only 1.3 mp camera

"all it has on the screen is on top "serial" and "v1.0" on bottom. I tried the hard reset and the screen..."

Sounds like one of the required steps in updating the ROM to me, no problems there. Goto the XDA Developer forums for intesne groovy help.

hope O2 XDA Exec will be improved by having a second display and keyboard similar to that of the Sony Ericsson M600 but clamp shell type like the Nokia 9500 instead of a swivel type display so that at closed position you have the option of one-hand SMS operation or touch screen/hand writing recognition. Of course packed with latest advanced features, an additional camera for video calling at closed position and three SIM Card slot with software applications so that user has the flexebility of chosing what gsm network service provider to use for cost and signal considerations.

"im using wmp 10 and it keeps saying 1`or more codecs r mising"

                        ------------

Forget WMP10 - use TCPMP instead. It's utterly free, and happens to be wonderful. Sitting in bed on a Sunday morning, streaming my divx TV shows and Colbert Reports, in full screen, from my PC downstairs after they've downloaded, is great. :)

Re: Push Email - sure, I've done it. I use the middle grade service at 4smartphone.net. Brilliant level of service from those guys for the equivalent of a measly $6/month. They even have a superb 15 day free trial. I now have my tasks, calendar, contacts and emails all synchronised OTA (over the air).

Wonderful, I tell you. I was in the dark as to how to do it initially, but the guys at 4smartphone.net and http://forum.xda-developers.com/ kept me right.

I got my XDA Exec to work with TomTom 5 Navigation system. I had to down load the patch from TomTom home page specifically for the Windows Mobile 5 operating system.
