Just bought the Mini yesterday and I am sooo happy !!!
Now all I have to do is to find someone to buy over my E680. Comparing the two, the Mini is definitely the choice for me. Although I haven't fully grasp the full potential for the E680(just bot it one month ago), I find the lack of software support disappointing. With the Mini, I am not worried about software support as there are tonnes of software for the Pocket PC. The Mini is slightly heavier than the E680 and the color screen is not as good. Cost S$1168 without line.

7710 vs xda mini, symbian os vs microsoft os, my opinion, xda mini will be more powerful than 7710 in software, but stablity should be 7710 more stable, cause sysbian will more stable compare ppc os, i'm using xdaII now... software not so stable.

Just got this GEM on the day of its launch in Singapore. Built quality is FANTASTIC but I must say it is a bit heavy for its size. Other than this, this is the perfect SIZED PDA Phone. You got to hold this in your hands and you know what I mean. Only missing is Built in WIFI - but the SDIO slot allows you to insert a WIFI card. Also missing a cradle in the package quite disspointing. Also the case included is not the Wallet type where u can use the XDA Mini in the case. (As in the case of the XDA/XDA II)
Overall 9.5/10. Very stable too. Been loading lots of games/sw and it is running well. The 1.3 MP built in camera a bit slow and shots taken not that great. May need improvement.
GO GET IT, it is one of the BEST PDA PHONE out in the market - Few can rival its size and features.
