hi guys
1.where can i download the software to see the operator name.
2.can i txt a business card (sms a contact).
3.how can i assign a tone for a sms alert.
4. whenever i am clicking pics on 2 mega pixel its giving me a memory error, this never use to happen before so why now, even 1.3 sometimes gives me the same error. Can some one pls tell me how to fix this. i have a 1 gb sd and have selected the option of saving on card

jus download opera browser for pocket pc...much better browser than internet explorer

really poor speaker!!!
i just bought it for 2 weeks..the outside speaker is out of order.... i cannot hear , when someone call me...cannot hear my mp3(just can use it with headset).i m go to O2 shop and want my guaranty...its cool ... that i got the new one again...but its really piss me with all of this work!!!and 2 weeks without my mobile phone :(

I Just bought my O2 XDA Neo and iam using gprs in it and when i open some web sites like for example www.orkut.com iam not able to loging because the site is not showing the loging in bar and password bar due to site is blocked in internet explorer settings or somewhere else how should i open that lock can any one help me urgently

Just bought O2 XDA Neo. As others ahve already encountered that all the manuels and CDs are in German language. Can someone send me those in English?
Especially the CDs as I have downloaded the user manuels in English from the web.
Any help is welcomed.....

the speakers are just pissing me off. i went to where i got it, paid more $$$ to fix it, but then... it went away again! ?!?!?!?!?!! ftw... -__-;; its jsut horrible.

Hey there everyone! I am pretty good at cell phones but with this phone, I'm having trouble transfering files. I just don't know how... When I plug the USB cable, it asked me to install a software, like everyone know, softwares are in german... Can someone please help me? Thanks!

I have been using the O2 Neo for some time now. Some common answers to the questions I'm seeing here.
English manual - google for Qtek 200 or the Imate-Jamin, that's the same phone just rebranded.
Setting MP3 as ringtone - copy the MP3 file to \windows. Then go ahead to settings - phone. click on the down arrow next to ringtone and you'll see your mp3 file(s).
Go to settings -> sound and set your MP3 sounds for alerts, etc.
O2 was released only in Europe (germany) that's why most of the phones being re-sold are German OEM units.

I just bought this product recently. But the manual is in German language. I would like the manual in English. If any one know the URL please let me know or send an email to me at roathkanel@gmail.com. I could not know how to configure my pocket pc if i do not have its manual.

Just got my O2 XDA Neo phone today. Manuals are in english and I can't find any links for english manuals. Can someone please help me? Also, if no one knows where to find the english one, I need help with the wifi feature.. Thanks

I just bought this device a week back. Happy to get it at low price.
Stylish look, cool phone with amazing capabilities. It's camera and processor speed sucks a bit, but its okay.
I have few doubts .. can anyone help me .. please ...

Links are modified and targeted to the same page. If the link is large then inbetween characters are replacd by ...
Because of this, all the links to English manual and other softwares etc. are useless. Can you please post them again ? with some trick like replacing http with h**p or something by which they'll not be taken as links.

How to 'close' an application. When I press OK or 'X' is goes in background. You can close it by doing 'end task'. But is there any better way ?

How to set mp3 as ringtone ?

How to setup custom sounds for ringtone, appointment reminders etc. ?
6. How to switch off the phone ? The button on right side just closes the display. I want to 'shut down' or restart my device. an it be done without removing batteries ?

what's the story with the language on the XDA mini?
I was given one in vietnam with a german instruction booklet and I nstallation CD.
can someone please tell me if it is possible to change it to English and get an english installation disc download.

Hi.
I want to buy the Neo from a seller but the OS is in German. Can anyone tell me if I can download the English Version from a friend and use the key that comes with the cd in german so I can Resgister it.

dear friends, just bought my first PDA in form of neo 5 days back. still learnin. but the battery life in mine is very poor. it lasts for only 10 to 11 hours of, believe me, very basic phone and organiser use. acc to maual i have undergone 4 discharge and recharge cycles but no change in situation. anyone there can offer a solution. i can still exchange the piece if need arrives
