Hello there,
Today i bought this pda phone. but became sad after seeing a bug. after going to the messaging option when i try to change the inbox from sent item the pda hang. and then every time i need to restart the pda. can any one tell me what is the real problem. its urgent, as if this probleb continued i'll need to change the phone. please do reply.

I just bought a NEO O2, but in the windows there is a logo file that opening its DoPod mobility ( even when restat my PDA, it is apear. Can you pls tell me how to know if its O2 Product or not ?

All my neo's black body gives an ultimate sexy look. I'm using this phone from past one month. I find this is my ideal phone which fulfills all my needs. No software hanging problems. I take only pictures from my neo and they are really really excellent. The processor's speed it also very good even after installing softwares and mp3 songs in sd card. The only thing is I dont have any registered softwares except the trials. So please friends help me to get the registered version softwares or cracked ones. I'm also searching of smart movie 3.22 for my neo cracked ones. Please help me finding it. My best opinion is to buy the Neo instead of Atom or Atom exec since atom is made of Thaiwan and exec is made of China.

my neo has battery problem.its stand by time is less than 24 hours although i had already fully charged my neo .what should i do?is that normal?

Please go to Microsoft website to get free download of Microsoft Activesync 4.2 English version.
If you need a copy of English language manuals, please read through the opions and you'll find links for it that people posted some days ago.

i picked up an O2xda mini yesterday and the instalation cd's and the user manual are in german and i have no clue as to how to go abt things,i would be extremely greatful if anyone could tell me where and how i could get an english equivalent of the same

hi
i baought a o2 neo two days back and iam favcing two majour problems first the language of the user manuals are and that oc software cds are in german which is not knoemn to me and secondly i also faced a problem that for some time the sound of my mobile vaished nor the tapping of the screen cuold be heard nor the music no sound was coming out of the p[hone and after sometime it itself start coming, could any body tell me waht thge problem is and if any body has a english manualk than plesase mail it to me my mail id is ayushupadhyay@gmail.com

Help me, there is some problem with the speaker. It plays for some time and suddenly dies out even when the speaker is kept on.Even the ringtones and the touch tones don't sound.But if i connect the earphone or blue tooth then everythings sounds normal after i used voice comment . Is that a hardware problem or a software problem? How can i get it repaired?

i purchased o2 xda neo in india.
i have a critical problem.
my o2 did not starts and wants hard reset to that one. so if anyone know that how o2 will hard reset? [it will flash off the rom and reset all windows directory]
