Hi.I am from Turkey and I have the same problem as the others.I have xda neo and it's language is GERMAN! please please how can I convert it to english?I really need help.What should I do? here is my e mail address bakyuz@macenta.com.tr.May someone knows the way.thanks

hi. ihave a xda neo.and i have the classic problem.my mobile have germany language and i want to load english language. so if you can tell me how i can get English manual, i would be greatful to u. thanks a lot

I have recently bought O2 Neo.i am from Nepal.
The problem that i'm going through is the German language manual that i could not understand.so if you can tell me how i can get English manual, i would be greatful to u.

I live in Canada (Toronto) and have used both the Atom and the Neo. I actually replaced the Atom with the Neo as the Neo has much better reception here than the Atom. I can be sitting a couple levels underground and still have almost full reception.. whereas the atom gets nothing. Phone ability to me is #1 so Neo wins here.
The processing speed is ok. If you are someone who likes to jam pack your pda with every possible program than the Neo will probably not be your best choice. For me, I use it purely as a phone/organizer/presentation prep tool so I have the most minimal amount of programs and I do not feel the slow processor problem.

hello everybody! i want to buy this phone, but i hesitation buy or not. cos i think the processor is smaller how can it run much programs and what about bettery is long life or not?

They fixed the problem for me after 2 mins for free.. just like charge the battery for me for a while ... hehehe..

the installation cd which i recieved from my dealer has its language in german...
so im not able to install it..
help me out plzz

To Ria : Your battery wasnt dead. The Operating System sucked.
About the charger, I mentioned. That's a kind of equipment for technical support shop. Once I emptied the battery of my windows mobile phone ( 2003se ), then it didnt charge.. after hand over a technician at phone shop, it runs smooths within 2 mins. They already know that bug, u'll see.
The problem, finding a phone shop with technical support.
And donot empty your battery next time, It wouldnt charge again.

Your battery was empty.
For a technical support, To resolve very easy and fast.
They pull out your battery and stimulate it for a while with a specialized charger, and now it's not empty, and could be charged normally by your charger.

I just bought this phone 2 days ago and I've got a problem when connecting my XDA phone to PC. The PC doesn't reckon my phone at all, i tried to find a driver for it but it's not included in the CD I've got from the shop. There are only 2 programs in that CD: PDF Viewer and GPRS Monitor. But I already installed MS Active Sync.
Anyone knows how to sort out this problem?
