It is a HTC Touch Pro just with an O2 badge on it... don't bother though I've one through work and it's a piece of frustrating junk.

Well....Why it looks like HTC? Reason is simple! HTC is the mother company of O2! o2 technology is direct from HTC! ANother example is LG. THe mother company is actually Samsung.
