I have been using different modles of O2 phones from about 3yrs now & believe me these are the best phones.I want to change my modle to XDA Trion but does this phone have Group SMS Sending which is not their in XDA mini which i am using now.Kindly Reply.

can any of the people that own this phone tell me whether or not the video quality is good? im hoping its much better than the older xda/qtek/htc/spv models..i hate replaying a captured video only to notice that the sound is much slower than the video feed..thanks

i'm searching over the world looking for this phone. i met someone from uk(internet) then offered me usd200 for this phone, i don't whether this person is doing the right thing or not, i also not sure whether this phone already released in uk or not therefore i hope anyone can guide me.

tiziano, i dont believe you need to install any software.. have you tried checking the network settings on the trion? there should be an icon you can press with the stylus..it should be the logo of your service carrier..im not sure but you can give that a try..

In my area Umts is ok, my carrier is ok but I can't videophone. I should see the key "videophone" but is not present. Is normal or I've to install any software? Thanks.

you need to find out first if the location you are in has signal for a 3g network..also remember that the person you are trying to video call needs to have a phone that has video calling features as well..hoe is the video recording on the trion? is it decent or just like the older xda when the voice is faster than the video?

I've just received O2 Xda Trion but I'm not able to do video-calls (Umts works). I can't find the option in the phone program. Is a software-problem (to install) or one problem with my telephone carrier???
I need one manual of it in english or italian, where can I find it?

I just had an interesting conversation with O2 business regarding the release of the XDA Trion in the UK.
First person I spoke to told me that the Trion was not on the 15 week schedule of new phones releases so it definately wouldn't be released in that time.
So I phoned a different number at O2 and was told that the Trion is expected sometime late August or September??!!! I told the man what I had previously been told by the other rep and he says that is rubbish and that the unit is currently being tested by the testing unit prior to it's UK release!
So it seems the phone is coming to the UK...but I bet if I call a third person at O2 they will tell me something completely different...*sigh*
Why dont these people sing from the same hymnsheet?
Anyone heard any different news on the Trion's UK release date (if ever?)??

Thanks 4d website from cyprus and as for jason, i think u dont need to ponder when this O2 trion is in, however the dopod 838pro is the same model recently launched in malaysia. check it out, i dont want to wait, i m getting one. good luck 2u.
