hi guys!
I have a completely dead O2 Xda Zinc..probably caused by software...it suddenly crash during updating to windows 6.1 and now my device's screen inform:
MARSII EBOOT Ver2007071120056
H/W Version V1.4
************ USB Loader *********
DiskOnChip G4 128MB
start downloading image
Please plug-in USB Cable
AC ADAPTER/USB CABLE PLUGIN
how can i recover my device..????? plz help guys

i want to repair my phone .. i dont know what happen now .. no sound, cannot play video .. i think must update or corrupt the audio driver .. im in johor bahru .. where can i go to check my phone ??

x, 09 Mar 2010i have been using my O2 Xda Zinc cellular phone for the pas... moreIt automatically turn off to save the battery like every other PDA. Dont worry about it. When it turned off, you can still receive SMS and call without problem :P

azman, 26 Jun 2010friend how abaut your phone,my phone hang and how to format... morei have my phone for 2yrs...i have the same problem but i have solve it....
you have to hard reset it. remove first all your important documents(pictures,video etc.) and remove your external memory card.
to hard reset your phone,just press and hold the UP botton and while holding it press the small hole on the right side just like doing soft reset and then just follow the direction.
