I need help ASAP! My screen went completely blank the only pop up I get is when I am receiving a call. I already called HTC but they said that they do not service this unit. What are my options? Where can I have this unit serviced. Please provide contact information. Thank you.

my o2 always get bright screen, what should i do,

still got problems in its wifi capabilities.. i have no prob.. about its qwerty keypads.. its really easy to use..

Mkael, 11 Jul 2009This phone sucks big time, the QWERTY pad is utterly useles... moreive used this phone for more than 2 years, YES the QWERTY KEYPAD is no good, when you press w, sometimes it wont recognize your typing..
but other than that.. no hanging. and about the multimedia capabilities, you just need to install CorePlayer. it plays EVERYTHING, even divx

ive used this phone for more than 2 years, it doenst hang a gazzilion times
it's what you install on the phone that makes it hang.

To reformat it, basically the soft-reset, you just need to press the navigation-up key together with the reset button (which is the small button at the right bottom)

how will i charge my back up battery, it went 0% whenever i will charge my pda only my main battery will be charge and back up battery remains 0%. my main battery only last for about 8 hrs. pls. help. thanks
