I have this phone also and everytime i turn it off it looses an hour on the clock, as somebody else has this problem too. Also, i have contacted o2 many times to set up the mms picture messaging, and they have not done so. Have tried to do it myself too and still not working. Apart from that, the phone is fine!

First the phone couldnt send messages, coz O2 hadn't "set it up properly"(yea right). secondly it wouldnt charge, coz the connection is faulty. since a couple of days ago, everything has gone wrong, some funtions didnt work; wont turn off. the best thing about it is the cam takes brill pics, but thats all very dissapointing!! dont buy it. from ben

Hello , I just got this o2xm and the music player is great .Music quality is high. However, the camera has only the option of *wallpaper* . I have tried scrolling with the arows to get to the other options like megapixel, media etc but it only stays on wallpaper which is not good picture quality. Please does anyone know what the problem is?

i had this phone for about 3 months and it had realy gotten on my nerves... i couldnt put much music on it... the adaptor for the headphones had messed up and eventually ended up not working. The video quality and camera quality is rubbish... you can only video for 9 secs. you cant forward when you're listening 2 music so you hav 2 wait til u get 2 a fave part. i went bak into the shops n i realised that they wernt selling them anymore so i think theyve taken them off the market or sumthin. im alredy decidini on new fone. i wudnt advise u buy dis!!!!

I have this phone and hate it. Takes ages to start up (30sec) and switch off, the camera and video functions are lousy, the menus are confusing and slow - not at all intuitive to use. Can't adjust volume, so everyone can hear my conversation. The tiny external display screen is pointless. It takes forever to move images etc from the memory to the SD card. Need I say more? This phone is a total piece of crap.

Right, first off, this phone does only take 9 seconds of video. You can't put games onto it via USB, but you can download them. You can only put mp3's on to it, no other types. Phone numbers have to be stored to the sim for the contact name to appear when someone rings/texts you. This phone is an excellent phone, and I really like it. Although every so often it does keep restarting. I can't seem to listen to music and access the internet at the same time. It has quite a poor battery life too, lasts a few days at max. These are only minor compared to what the phone can do! It has a great music player, excellent camera, games (although not too many), mp3 ringtones, memory card slot (which you usually have to pay a lot for), you can watch and save long videos on it, it just has so much in it. I personally love this phone despite its few little nags. Oh, plus it would be better if it had infrared/bluetooth, and didnt have an aerial, but its hardly gonna make much of a difference really.

the other day i discovered that if you can convert a video file to 3GPP format it is viewable on the phone, although the audio volume is unchangable on the phone, but still great anyway.
