XphoneII as a phone is good, i have lost the Active sync cd that came with the phone. can anybody help me get the same on the web?

actually, the phone is made by HTC, not Qtek, but is the exact same phone as the Qtek 8020, the i-mate SP3i and the T-mobile SDA.

Ok guys, one big improvement for you guys to get - search for 'BetaPlayer' in google and boy oh boy will you be glad you bought this phone, get a memory card too, movies look godlike. Mp3s Divx no problemo plays anythin.
Plus windows media player plays mp3s... durr

This phone is awesome, anyone who wants a quality phone with heaps of features should buy one. I had a k700i before this and a string of Nokia's, Motorola's and Sony Ericssons as well. This is definitely the best, especially the huge colour screen. Initiially, it can be difficult to use for people used to the Nokia menus, but use it for 3 days and you'll find heaps of cool features and shortcuts that'll make you forget all the others. You can customise the ringtone and message alert tone, but not with MP3's which is annoying. Also, not being able to have a different ringtone for each profile is frustrating, as is lack of OBEX Bluetooth file transfer. These slight annoyances are far outweighed by the overall coolness of the phone. IM fans will appreciate the built in MSN client.

to shut the ringer off while the call still remains active just press the volume button on the left side of the phone!!!

O2 supports MP3 format, but you cannot use mp3 as a ringtone, must convert it to wma format first ...
