One UI 3.0 beta for Galaxy S20 series now available in Germany
Last week, Samsung opened up its One UI 3.0 beta for the flagship Galaxy S20 phones. The beta was initially limited to users in South Korea and the US but as of today it's also available to users in Germany. Those who can't wait to test out the new Android 11 based interface will have to register via the Samsung Members App. Once approved you should see the option pop up in the software update sub-menu.

Hope Samsung gives a patch to the S20 FE. Mine has touchscreen issues (a bug also mentioned in Android Authority). This happens when typing with the keyboard and playing games, irrespective which refresh rate the phone is set (I mostly use 60Hz)
