I personally think OnePlus as a brand is at the edge of loosing its own identity after unification or merger (or whatever they call) of their codebase with Oppo....... Soon OnePlus will no more but Oppo Phone only.....beware...from the long term buy point of view...

If it says: "Available. Released 2022, January 13", then this is FALSE to whole world but China.
Europe?
And another important question: Is OnePlus 10 Ultra comming or not. And again: WHEN? EUROPE?
It means nothing if phone is just released in China. We can not buy it.

S8+ was a flawed phone,no denying it and samsungs had their mess ups, but they are clearly who OP want to beat seeing as theyre the biggest Android phone manufacturer and seller in the world.
Difference between OP and Samsung, when Samsung sell an expensive phone, its got up to date tech, new hardware (Some experimental) and its a blaant upgrade over its previous itteration. Just look at the S20 Ultra compared to the S21 Ultra. Similar hardware in terms of camera, screen, and battery, but everything else was so much better.
Fold 5G vs Fold 2, massive changes.
OP8 was just a OP7 and the OP9 was a OP8 but with a big lie around a camera, and the OP10 seems to just be a OP 9 with a better chipset.
The only OP phone i could recommend to anybody rn is the Nord CE, its more up to date than the OG nord but at least it isnt a grenade like the nord 2.
OP lost their way, if this phone wasnt priced higher than the upcoming S22+ that will beat it in most regards, sell better, and have a better camera and better overall performance, then it would be considered a good phone. Basically if OP hadnt lost their way and hiked the prices of all their phones then id probably put one of these in my pocket from sheer affordability. but its not, its a super premium price for what looks like a phone that belongs as an £800 rip off of the S21.
If their next phones cheaper, then it might be recommendable, but as of right now, ill take any brand over OP. Maybe that Oppo merger hurt them more than it helped them.

My last Samsung was S8+ and I couldn't use it anymore after first 4 months. It was terrible. Samsung uses old hardware as well for few years straight, so??? It doesn't mean anything.
You make big deal of OnePlus. Maybe Samsung pays you... No one knows

OnePlus has failed so badly over the past few years that theyre now just Oppo. The last noteworth phone they made was the 7T pro. Since then theyve had the 8 series which were all meh and overpriced, then the 9 series which were all overpriced with lies as cameras, and now we have the 10 which is honestly just a disappointment. I want OP to do well and right now theyre doing anything but.
