I hope This time after being abit disappointed with the oneplus 9 pro not able to do 4k video with the front facing selfie cam. That they fix this with 10 pro especially coming into 2022 if they want to take on the flagship seriously

I am/was a OnePlus owner since 2015. I always loved their devices, never doubted to buy one. Ever since 8Pro and later on 9Pro, I lost my hope for the brand.
If, if, the 10Pro is what I see as a rumored listing here, I will be even more happy that I switched to iPhone 13 Pro Max.
This is not OnePlus anymore, this is a money making machine.
They sold their soul...

The shelf that Oneplus offers is one of the main reasons I stick to Oneplus. I have easy access to my calendar, job mail, personal mail and other stuff while the lay out is perfect.
I'm going to buy Oneplus 10 pro, but I was thinking of the Samsung S22 Ultra, but the Samsung Daily isn't as customizable as the shelf on Oneplus. I've also read that with the new OS update you will be able to customize the shelf even more by being able to add more widgets into it.
It seems to be a very powerful phone, people complaining about the camera but it isn't the most important thing for me. Also I only use wireless earphones so the absence of a 3,5mm jack is no problem for me.
So for me, I think it will be Oneplus 10 Pro. But we will see.

When it comes to camera, there are two things to consider, software & hardware. In the case of OnePlus x Hasselblad, hardware is from OnePlus (which is a Sony IMX689 sensor) and the software, (colour calibration) is from Hasselblad.
