OnePlus 12 is the powerhouse that redefines my work, creativity & tech passion! Have been using it since 15+ months and this is my genuine feedback.
For years, I’ve switched between devices searching for that perfect balance of performance, productivity, and passion, and now, I can say it confidently:
The OnePlus 12 is the most complete, elegant, and powerful device OnePlus has ever built. It doesn’t just meet expectations, it effortlessly exceeds them, turning everyday tasks into delightful experiences and letting creativity flow with unmatched fluidity.
Design That Speaks Sophistication:
Right from the moment I held the OnePlus 12, it felt crafted for excellence. The sleek curved back, the premium finish, the refined weight balance, and the bold camera island, everything about it whispers elegance and purpose.
As someone who attends multiple meetings, travels often, and switches between personal and professional personas, the stunning yet functional design of this phone complements my style while being extremely durable (shoutout to the Gorilla Glass Victus 2). It’s a head-turner and a workhorse in one.
OxygenOS 15: Smooth, Smart & Simply Addictive
Running on the latest OxygenOS 15, and eagerly waiting for OxygenOS 16, the OnePlus 12 delivers a silky-smooth experience that feels tailored to the way I work and create.
What I Absolutely Love:
Advanced multitasking with Smart Sidebar and Floating Windows lets me jump between Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Translation apps without missing a beat.
File Dock makes it incredibly easy to drag and drop screenshots, notes, or PDFs during meetings.
The Smart Cutout and AOD widgets are so polished, I often catch myself admiring the interface.
Performance Health Engine keeps the phone blazing fast, no matter how many apps I run in the background.
As a user of Emily, DeepSeek, Claude, Notebook LLM, Midjourney, and, of course, ChatGPT, the responsiveness of OxygenOS 15 keeps up with all these AI tools seamlessly. It feels like the phone was built for power users like me.
Display That Inspires My Creativity:
Whether I’m checking presentations, editing food photos, or enjoying a late-night scroll through Pinterest and design apps, the 6.82" QHD+ ProXDR AMOLED display is an absolute joy.
2K resolution with Dolby Vision and 10-bit color makes images pop with lifelike vibrance.
Adaptive LTPO refresh rate (1-120Hz) gives me buttery smooth transitions, yet conserves battery.
Peak brightness of 2600 nits ensures I see everything clearly, even in Bangalore’s blazing afternoon sun.
Simply put, this display is a canvas for creativity and a command center for productivity.
Performance That Feels Limitless:
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, this phone handles everything I throw at it, and more. With up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, there’s never a lag, glitch, or slowdown.
As someone who jumps between Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and AI platforms like Perplexity, Numerous AI, and Notebook LLM, I can honestly say:
This phone is a multitasking champion.
Even high-end photo editing, video rendering, and cloud sync operations run like a breeze. It’s as if the OnePlus 12 knows what I want before I do.
A Camera That Tells a Story
As a food blogger, reviewer, and someone who documents everything from hotel stays to street food stories, camera quality matters. And the OnePlus 12 camera system is simply extraordinary.
50MP LYT-808 Main Sensor with OIS captures food texture, color, and contrast beautifully
48MP Ultra-Wide lets me frame those table shots just right
64MP Periscope Telephoto is ideal for street photography and capturing details even from afar
The Hasselblad color calibration ensures true-to-life, vibrant images every time.
From indoor cafés to moody late-night dinners, the Nightscape Mode is a revelation.
Plus, the DSLR-like portrait mode gives a professional touch to my social posts.
I’ve even started using the phone for micro content creation, and the results? Pure art.
Battery & Charging: A True Life Saver:
With a packed workday, unexpected calls, and sudden blogging ideas, I need a battery that keeps up.
The 5,400mAh battery easily gives me a full day of heavy usage
100W SUPERVOOC charging gets me from 1% to 100% in under 30 minutes
50W wireless charging is my go-to when I’m at my home desk
Reverse charging powers up my earbuds when I’m on the go
OnePlus has nailed the charging game, and it’s now hard to go back to anything slower.
Accessories That Feel Premium:
I pair the OnePlus 12 with the OnePlus Buds Pro and the OnePlus 50W wireless charger, and together, it feels like using a premium tech ecosystem.
The haptic feedback, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and the refined in-display fingerprint scanner elevate the daily experience further.
It’s not just about owning a phone, it’s about enjoying technology at its finest.
Final Words: The OnePlus I’ve Always Dreamed Of!!
I’ve used almost every OnePlus generation, from the OG flagship killer to the polished premium builds of recent years. But the OnePlus 12 is different. It feels like the complete realization of the OnePlus vision.
It’s a phone that understands:
My corporate responsibilities
My creative passions
My love for seamless performance
And my unending curiosity for what technology can do next
This isn’t just a phone. It’s my assistant, my camera, my creative suite, my AI lab, and my companion.
And above all, it’s the best OnePlus device I’ve ever used.
Final Verdict: 10/10, Power Meets Purpose, Passion Meets Perfection
OnePlus 12 has won my heart, my trust, and my workflow. And for anyone who wants to do more, be more, and create more, this is the smartphone you deserve.

It's definitely an attractive phone, but I still haven't decided my mind due to high price
Oneplus, for myself is always a difficult one to pick due to its high price and some known quality issue such as green or pink line appearing on screen.
This model, perhaps has better quality, but price is too high.

Want to get it, but it's still too expensive for me, don't want cheaper grades either.
I'm kinda waiting to see if price drops.
