I'm facing an issue. After update 3.5.6 update few day everything working fine. But after few days VoLTE not showing and not working. It's phine problem or my jio sim problem I don't have idea please help me if any budy have idea.

Volume increase or decrease working as usual with Volume button.

After updating my latest 1Plus2 software today this morning,
1) Screenshot function is went missing & no more appear when pressing on/off button.
2) Ringing volume cannot be increase/decrease even pressing the volume button as it will be in vibrate mode only
Can anyone know how to fix back these 2 functions to run normally..?

I am not at all happy with this device. The screen lags in response. Sent the mobile for RMA and they said it's a software bug, but reading through many posts I came to know it's a Hardware issue.
It's better to go for any other phone than OP.

Morshed, 08 Jan 2017Perform a factory reset, everything will be just fine.I had do everything, factory reset, with no luck. But i managed to to solved the problem by slow hitting at the top left of the edge op2 by wearing the casing, i think the earpiece component a bit loosy down there.. its work for me until now..
