k, 28 Dec 2016You have to do a phone reboot after you update any software.Reboot does nothing.... I tried that. You're gonna feel a guaranteed performance gain after reset.

What I found is that, "factory reset" is a must after an OS update. It significantly improves performance in places like fluid motion in scrolls. Make sure you backup your phonebook and other data before performing a reset.

screen or or accessaries are very costly. In case if you came across screen damage issue(even smaller) they charge 11k just for new screen. Pathetic service. better to buy Samsung phone than 1+ Chinese brand . Compare to this other brands hardly charges minimum cost for repairing with adequate service . Oneplus has very less service centre (only 1 ) in major city link Pune Mumbai . Apart from this Service very worst level . they will ask you to keep phone with in service centre more than 1 week in case for update status if you call them know one pick /receive call or mail.

Hi All,
Those who have updated their software to 3.5.5, please note that their is network issues only when you have enabled VoLTE (Jio) Sim and have second sim enabled in SIM 2 slot. OnePlus has already pulled back the update and they are working on the resolution.
In the mean time as a work around you can disable the sim in second slot. After that it should work fine. You can also try resetting the Network Settings in Backup and Restore option. It has worked for few people. Rest you can wait for updated version.

Payal, 27 Dec 2016Pathetic update this time. after every 2 to 4 minutes there... moreThey are already working on it and have pulled back this update. As a work around only enable one sim and disabling another one, if you have spare phone.
You can also try resetting network settings in back up and restore option. It has worked for few people.

Pathetic update this time. after every 2 to 4 minutes there is no network than it search for network it connects and again its happening resolve it I'm getting calls on other no that whenever anyone is calling me they are saying my phone is off while using phone network goes out than it search my work is being interrupted n it's effecting my work while writing this complaint this prob happen 10 times n it took 20 min to write this complaint n send just bcoz of this network issue please resolve this issue ASAP

It seems to be oneplus policy to ignore their previous devices once a new one is launched... Op2 has been getting a cold shoulder when it comes to updates.. Feel like being cheated.. All chinese brands are pathetic in terms of after sales services.. Need a strong consumer movement in india..

Now i have Oxygen OS 3.5.5. My GSM is working better, UI is a lift, i love this phone!

Love this phone so much .. everything so perfect .. the camera .. the speed ... the size suite me .. except for the batery .. hate the drain of the battery ... 😑😑

Why does one plus not test their updates before sending to users? Case in hand being 3.5.5 uodate which just ruins the phone with nerwork drops 15 times per minute for both sims.Promising is just one half.Delivering is entirely different.We as Indians are now hooked to big promises by politicians.And now one plus.Who can afford to have a Rs 25000 phone in hand (in modern world)with which no calls/surfing can be done (for weeks) due to some foolish updates.
Not coming back to you .Go and look elsewhere.INDIA is done with you guys.
Ruining a one yr old phone(one plus two) to push one plus 3T sales is not the way to move forward.

When I was updated oxygen os 3.5.5 my mobile network was dropping second by second please solve the problem very disappointed
