But in my case i replaced the mobile
Yes i agree it heats up when idle(i am also pissed off due to this)
My mobile gives a good battery backup though and charges quite well
No shock till now
basically youbgit wrong set buddy
you should have got it replaced

Quite a good smartphone. Battery life is good (lasts about 2 days with moderate use). After the last update it works even better. It is fast and the camera quality is above average.

Worst phone. Just purchase it, and after 1 week the home button and also finger scanner atop working. My phone already in service center now for 1 month and still no sign it will work again.

After the update contacts in my phone gets changes automatically.. after every few days the names keeps on rotating...I

I have one plus 2 of 25000 and my brother had Moto x play of 20000.I think Moto x play is far better phone than this in terms of battery life,camera,built in quality, stylish design.There are no heating issues in play as in plus2.X play never hanged sin my 10 month use till now.Regular update from Google comes and price worth makes play a far better phone than one plus 2

such a bad issue did the factory reset also but the fingerprint sensor is not working .such a bad thing I did backup all the data I copied all the files to my computer seating for hours and when I come to know after resetting also not working means hell out of it.feeling like to throw one plus 2.Bad experience with one plus 2.will not suggest anyone to buy this phone.

I could make calls to airtel network today and voice is clear from both sides from my Oneplustwo mobile with Jio Sim.

But i think your luck is not good with OP2 .
I own OP2 and its 8 Months old and i updated all the OTA and Even H2OS , But still i cannot find any issue in my phone. My device takes only 1.52 Hrs to full charge and in 1hr it will charge to 80% bro...
i just love the device.... Go and try anyother device and u will free from problems.. :)

Worst Decision of My LIFE!!!
Purchasing One Plus 2 was the worst decision of my life. Its been not even 6 months since purchase & I am already fed up to death with this phone. There is not just 1 issue, In fact are a list of issues I am facing with this stupid piece of crap. Below is the list:
1) Battery
The battery just wont charge. I have hold the phone very carefully in a particular position so that the charger starts charging. Even if it connects after so much of pain, it takes 6 to 7 hours just to charge 30 to 35%. After all that battle with just connecting the charger, all that efforts goes in vain with just a slight touch to the phone. Now, the battery which takes 7 hours to reach 35% of power, drains in just 20 mins.
2) Heating
The device is a stove. Sometimes, while the phone is in pocket, I feel like the phone might just burst any moment. It heats up for nothing. It was understood if the heating was due to its heavy usage. But, here the device heats up even when its kept idle.
3) Lags & Hangs
The device hangs anytime and at least several times a day. The phone memory is not even 30% utilized but still it hangs like its paralyzed. Needs a hard reboot everytime.
4) Shocks / Electrocutes while charging
It can give you electricity shocks upon touching the rim of the phone while charging.
5) File Manager error
It just wont show the thumbnail of the videos saved on the device. I have to open each and every video to see what it is. The problem persists even after restarting the device several times.
There are several small issues which i just cant think of right now. If anyone is planning to buy this phone than I would suggest go for other brands. Do not get excited looking at the specs, its all waste and seriously doesnt work according to its strength.
