But now i have updated my phone with latest OS 3.0.1 and things have become lighting fast till then. Also will advised you to download 360 security to control the tempreature and performance of your phone. It works very amazingly. These smartphones are like our laptop, so do restart them once in a week which clear all the orphan processes and clear ram. It should be fine.
If still not then, visit One Plus service centre.

I bought this oneplus 2 in Nov.. Till 5 months it charges fully within an hour and battery life was good, but now it is taking more than 3 hours and draining horribly fast… needs to be constantly charged. Fingerprint sensor stopped working. I have noticed the phone heats a lot whether I am using it or not using it. I am facing the hanging problem. Sometime It hangs automatically for 30 min or sometimes for 1 hour… I don't understand what is the problem exactly.. I am frustrated now.. Whether can I make it work properly?? Anyone help me..

This phone is excellent, it saved my life in Alaska.
What happened that my motorbike broke and I was stuck in cold, the overheating processor of this phone gave me nice warmth. Kudos to OnePlus.

It recently stops working ... moreDude take your phone to oneplus service center i also bought this in nov and that charging issue happened to me so i took my phone to service center and the got me a new charging cable. They gave that cable to me very immidiately like in 10min of entring the centre i got new wire and after that charging is now again on normal speed. So it is better if you take your phone to service center in warranty period. Note- the acceories have 6 months of warranty if you claim your problem after warranty expires you will be charged for new wire or adapter. And phone have 1 yr warranty. Good luck

I bought this oneplus 2 in Nov.. It recently stops working flash , within a week camera nd all types of can(candy,retrica,youcam) all stopped working.. Starting it charges fully within a hour r two hour, bt now it taking more than 6 hours nd draining fast. I do know exactly whr is the problem.. Please some help me.. Whether can I make it work properly ?? Anyone help me..
