Cijo, 05 May 2016I just bought one plus 2 before a month it is overheating,a... moreI have been using op2 from 10th sep 2015.it is nine months. Good going ,with minor issues like heating lagging,recently I have updated marshellow beta version ,my op2 running smoothly. Tell me frankly which latest smartphone doesn't heat or lag including iPhoney friend is using iPhone 6s, he also complains above problems. Don't say blindly op2 is bad. Sometimes with frustration we say phone is bad,after resolving the issues we feel happy, I have gone through this experience several times since I started using smartphone from 2012. Earlier I was using nexus5 ,the best phone, Evan in that phone I have faced several problems like heating, lag,ringtone continues after the call termination in coming call, rebooting. Don't ever complaint the good phones not cheap phones.

Another Chinese smartphone with higher specs and lower prices. I bought this phone in Dec'15 and since then, its a headache. No customer service, Fingerprint sensor works for a day or two in a week, battery discharges very fast if yo have mobile data on, camera is so slow that you can never capture any good moment.
DON'T BUY OnePlus2.. Go for Apple, Samsung or Xiaomi

Shah, 03 May 2016I got this phn one Plus two for this new year 2016 n after ... moreDude first of all if your phone hangs let it be hanged don't mess with it this problem used to occur to me when my phone was running oxygen os 2.2.1 if your phone is running the same os try updating to Android 6.0 beta version available on oneplus website. In my experience after updating my phone i haven't faced any lagg of freez or hang of the phone not a single (updated on 7th april) almost a month and not a single hang. So it can be your sollution just try it. If you need any other help reply to me.

When I try to transfer photos from my one plus two to my computer, not all the ohotos appear to be there even though they are in my photos. What can i do pls? Thanks!

If you can afford oneplus 2 you should buy it. This phone is not that bad as people say every phone have some con's this is a good phone and have became even good after i instaled beta version android 6.0 of this phone and after that i am loving this phone everything has been improved battery performance fingerprint scanner camera etc or else if you can wait for oneplus 3 to come in market you should wait. If i would be you and if i can manage to wait till jully or august i would have waited. Good luck
