I bought this phone a month and half ago and so far i haven't found any problems with the phone, besides the heating issue its d best u can get in this price range. I can understand why there are so many complaints, my phone works perfectly fine. Amazing camera quality, fingerprint scanner is also great and u can setup different fingers also for the detection. Hardware is awesome and so is the sound quality and everything else of this phone.
Couldn't complain about this phone. Just love it :)

Would it rea... morePlease do not buy this phone go for Moto, lot of issues with battery, charger every 2 months you have to change and the colour of the finger print senser will ger faded and it will look very ugly, i have bought this fone 4 months back and it is a piece of shit, if you try calling the call centre for help they have only one answer for you the is a BIG NO.

Hello All,
I am a one plus user. I am sure those who had given positive feedback here are not real users of OnePlus two or they are the representative of this company. I do use a phone at least for 2yrs. I have used samsug for two yrs and iPhone for 2 yrs and this one for last 6 months. I hate it like anything. when I buy the phone dual sim was not functioning properly later they managed to fix it. Software customization is very poor.
Yes its hardware configuration is good. but its like owning a luxury car with no wheels. I understand by using this phone, that how you manage the hardware and software give the optimum performance. I hate this phone as anything in this world. Anyone who use a phone will never say bad review about the phone but this phone is letting me to do it. I feel no one else should feel they lost the money by choosing this phone.
N.B: I will not recommend this phone to anyone.

This phone has lot of Heating issue.. it gets heat even during charging, thought i dont play games or browse much it gets heat.. One plus company should do something to fix this heating issue. I am really bugged up wit this phone coz of this issue, rest all working fine. It gets heated like anything even if u simply keep it on table during scratch summer. Please do something for this bloody issue.

Took one plus two with full excitement from amazon but very very disappointed from the day I took. Battery is really pathetic. Gesture functionality was not working from day one. Reported the same to them but still no positive revert. Even now gesture few functionality are not working. And now one more issue of battery, it takes almost 9-10 hrs to charged the battery. No idea what went wrong. Using the charger which was provided with phone.
Very very disappointed .

This phone is great. I mean come on how many phones provide you an egg fryer at the back.?One can also sauté sausages on its back, boil water with it and prepare a nice cup of tea and if you are stuck in a snow storm then just tuck the phone under your shirt, it'll protect you from hypothermia.If you wanna bake a cake but you don't have an oven then no problem just drop this phone in the cake mix and you are good to go. You don't even need to have a room heater if you have this phone, just keep the phone in front of a table fan and enjoy the warmth. I've seldom seen a phone more versatile than OnePlus 2.
Other than that I heard that lot of users had complaints regarding the USB Type - C cable supplied with this phone. Well they need to calm down because that cable was never meant to charge your phone or connect it to PC, it was made so that one can hang himself/herself for spending his/her money on this phone.

This is it...no more Chinese stuff ever again...brand new op2. ..doesn't work. ..paid cash for it..who do I chase???? No more online buys for me....samsung the best....working with a shattered screen drop it almost every day but the bugger still.works. ...but this..piece of crap..trust.me.guys...do not encourage these Chinese products unless it's a renowned company with proper infrastructure investments in the country. ..

Phone hangs a lot.. Software updates never solve anything.. Developer teams at one plus need to work harder than this if they want to keep competing with big companies for the smartphone market.

Bad Phone to choose.. I fell for the specifications but the phone hangs a lot and gets heated up very soon inspite of having applications to remove the unused ones... Please do not buy this phone to save yourself from a daily hassle.

After being delivered a faulty phone OnePlus are making it extremely difficult to organize a replacement phone or refund. I had to send the phone back to verify the fault but they sent it back to me saying there was no fault found but didn't even test for the fault. The gave me a list of what the tested and it didn't include a test for the complaint fault. Really difficult to deal with their support and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from the company

Was very happy with this mobile...after 3 months all of a sudden today morning onwards my fingerprint scanner not working...:( feeling very disappointed...i posted very good review about this phone past month..but i dont kno what happened all of a sudden..

Amazing phone for the amount of money that you pay!I read lots of bad comments which may be true but i have an amazing flagship phone with no problems whatsoever!I updated firmware once!Amazing camera especially the selfie camera is better than even iphones! really good shots even on low light.gallery works fine.never had any problems with the photos i already shot on the past.good capacity battery but for myself i charge it once every night for 2 hours to have 100% and go through the next day. i use a lot of wifi and sometimes if i watch videos , charge the phone and use wifi yes it does heat up but never ever it froze.it is just keep going no matter how hot it is. tethering also through wireless and play videos it can heat up the phone (top part where is the graphics chip and cpu) tethering through usb no problem at all with temperature. the device never restarted by itself like other users. so i guess all the problems sould be fixed just with an upgrade or a flash on memory. 64bg of memory which is more than enough and 4gb of ram . i am looking forward for the one plus 3!! Totally recomend for people that can't aford 500£ or 600£ for big brands. previously i had the samsung galaxy s4 500£ when i first bought it and i can tell i am more happy with the 290£ i paid for the one plus 2.i hope my review helped some people!
