Battery drain drastically.. It's heat also....i think if it's battery backup is increased any how then it's really good phone.. Otherwise don't buy it...

Hi, I bought my One Plus 2 one month earlier from Souq.com / GCC ....
1- My device speakers in the bottom only one is working and not 2.
2- Battery drains very fast.
3- Now the device shows there is and update for Oxygen 2.2 but will not take is, every time I go into update your device the screen shuts off and restarts is setting.
I have complained to Souq website with no reply... I feel so unhappy with the device that I have complained to Saudi Ministry of commerce complain section..

Please support me with the unsaved Received numbers which doesn't display while dialing the same number once again in op2 I will have to go to call logs and search and dial Each time. While in other handsets if we dial just 4 digits we get entire list of the received numbers and contacts of that particular series. Please help in this.

Excellent phone . Its been a steady usage for the last two months , Battery backs me up the whole day with 3G and wi-fi . No troubles what-so-ever as of yet . Its faster and multi-tasking for the while day without any hassles. Lovely phone guys .

sri , 29 Dec 2015frnds which one is best ??!Samsung or op smll cnfusion...xplin meCan't say about samsung hig ends like S6, note etc.... but lower end phones with screen size not more than 5" are best shot and that's what samsung is known for.
I have purchase One PLus 2 and its terribly bad.
I went flat for its marketing strategy and fall for that. Check out its blog and all its reviews and then go for it if you still like.
There are some other like Huawei but at last i would advice for a phone that would have better customer service.

DAX, 30 Dec 2015I have been using it for about one month. It's excellent. ... moreI totally disagree. I don't know how can you say this thing when ONE Plus, in there latest official updates, have said that heating has come up as of the main issue along with battery draining.
Even in the service center there were around 10 customer cares who were complaining about heating and battery drainage issue.
Check out the blogs. There are whole lot of guys saying the same thing.
I apologize if this had hurt you but my intentions weren't either.
But I would strongly recommend not to buy this.

Customer care is totally non responsive. They are there to listen but they never take any action.
And in India, service has been outsourced to B2X whose primary aim is to satisfy Apple customer and not one plus customers.

Hello,
Got this one plus 2 delivered last week. Used it for about a week. Overall it's working very smoothly. No heating issue / lags. May get little warm but not too much. Didn't face any issue so far. Will recommend it.

By mistake also don't go with One Plus. I got this mobile before 2 months. Most of the time it is in the service centre.

No heating up even after using it for more than one hour at a stretch. Very good clarity and fast response. I treasure it. Nice to watch HD movies too because the screen size is big enough for viewing with my wife at my side. Strongly recommend.

I had been using One Plus One and then i purchased One Plus 2 which is the worst ever made as of Date. It heats up even with just a 5 minute call that wouldn't be able to bear it on your ear.
Battery life is totally non-sense while typing this blog, battery life went down to 15% which is unimaginable.
Getting it serviced would be a nightmare. I submitted my phone which had some screen issue. It remained there for more than a month and still problem didn't get resolved.
Its better either to buy trusted mobile phone manufacturers or to buy a mobile at least 6-7 months old so that you may not get issues that others are already facing
