I've had the phone for over two weeks now and I can only recommend it! I payed about 400€ for it, which is quite a bit, but if you compare it to other phones with similar specs, you're actually paying far less. Take an iPhone or Samsung with similar specs and you'll be paying double or more.
One thing I have noticed is that the phone sometimes heats up, especially while playing games, but personally that doesn't bother me. (It just reminds me to get back to work ;)
The battery seems to last for ages, I seem to have about 50% left each evening whereas on my old phone I sometimes had to charge it during the day.
The display is nice and big (especially if you're as blind as I am haha) and the fingerprint sensor works very well, although you do have to hold your finger on it longer than say on an iPhone, but still, it's a nice feature.
Games and apps are very fast and also you can open several other apps and return to the original one without it having to restart the app, so big thumbs up here.
I'm very happy with the camera and it seems to take good pictures in the dark, although I can't compare that to any other phones...
There is no slot for extra storage space but I've got the 64GB version which should be more than enough. The dual-SIM card feature is nice too although I currently have no use for that.
Another nice thing is the charger (USB Type-C), although it doesn't seem to be a real type-c charger, but anyhow, you can stick the charger in any way you want which is really nice.
All in all it's a great phone and if minor things wrong with it don't bother you, you should definitely get it!

Anonymous, 16 Dec 2015Can you describe your experience with the 5x if you happene... moreNexus 5X is one of the smoothest android phone I ever tried, it's hardware is surely weak compared to OnePlus 2 but Google has optimised the kernel and hardware in a much better way compared to the half baked OnePlus 2. Besides that since it is a Nexus phone so the Android is in completely pure stock state and all hot fixes are directly handled by Google.
Snapdragon 808 essentially solves the thermal throttling issue of 810 and in long term performs better.
Nexus 5x and 6P are undeniably the safest Android phones one can buy.

Gio, 15 Dec 2015Today I bought it online. I`ve read the comments and donno ... moreonce u buy dont check reviews, they make you confuse.
I bought it (actually made my wife to gift me :P) and using it since 10 days, great phone.
Just if you are hardcore gamer then the battery needs to be charged after 5-6 hours. Screen consumes a lot of battery. Camera is awesome. Look and feel premium, performance fast.
I was using gionee M2 with 4200 mah battery and low res display, hence i just feel and wished that it had better batterly. Anyways you can always manage a power bank if you are a gamer.
