I have bought one plus two just one n half months back n despite 4GB RAM its getting either hanged or very slow. Hanging problem is so often....request concern to check immediately or in next 10 days I M taking a legal action.

Customer satisfaction is the single defining force that makes or breaks a brand. I hv been waiting for a month to get replacement for faulty device, with no response on how long it will take. After a month, they tell me I cannot get a refund. So am supposed to just wait endlessly without any idea on how long its going to take for me to get the phone back. Their customer care sucks. So,no point how good the product is. If it goes bust, you are doomed.

Nice Phone .Camera Quality is Good and also the music player quality.It hangs a bit but that can be ignored.Look wise also is its good .Pretty happy with phone.

i am using one plus two from since 2 months and i have not faced any issues for one month, but now i am faceing some minor issue on calls and dialling when I attend the call and disconnect it and the screen hangs for a 2 to 3 sec and den it works can i get any solution please and not oly call and also on some apps... please suggest me and get me solution
