My suggestion. Rest the phone and install the latest firmware (OTA) Build number ONE A2003_14_151011.
I did that and it awesome now. No sign of any heating. My battery was charged at 7PM yesterday night and i am 100% time on 4G and i still have over 50% battery left as i type this post.
I do see small lag issues but very very few and far between.
I think with every update things are improving drastically.
Please do let me know your thoughts.

Just got the One Plus 2. There was an 64MB update and i have not faced any heating issues at all and that is strange as i have seen a lot of complaints related to this.
I will check for a few more days and revert.

Hi Every one I am using op2 since 1 month.there are no any issues with phone.
Good looking phone with
Camera-very good.
battery backup-aravage(upto 10-15 hr)
Sound quality-good
No heating issue and to see pictures you need not to open file manager only open photos app(inbuilt)
The only issue is cracshes sometimes. Overall very good phone.

No issues at all - one of the best phones I am owning now. I live in Phoenix AZ and i don't see any heating issue. Very fast and robust phone-excellent battery. Only competitor in that price range is Moto X Pure Edition. Flagship killer - no need to go for iPhone 6s plus or Samsung Galaxy Edge

hi every one i bought this phone two days back i can see lot of problems example battry life is too poor even 3300 mah battery capacity we need to charge twise in a day even after all tricks i applied to increase batty life.
2 .OP2 doesnt have gallary to check photos and videos we need to go to file manager every this is bit irritated.
3..phone is lagging sometimes but very rare u can see it.
4 .i can see phone get heating while palying 3d games , but it common in every mobile.
5 .only 1 speaker is there and 2nd one is microphone .
6 i have connected to wifi all the day but some time phone doesnt cathe wifi speed it take some time to load app installings.
7.even OP2 have single speaker clearity is good enough.
8 call calarity is really good
9 camera calrity is not so impressive campare to samsung and lag sony phones but still better then OP1 and lenevo phones.taking send time to send photo click
10 usb c port is implemented in OP2 but due to battry get drain very fasst u need to carry charger or poer bank always with u
i taken this phone without seeing reviews bigest mistake i made.i ready to sell my phone now.
over all i can give 4 out of 10

Pretty bad experience of using OP2. Returned after just one hour of use. Heating issue, Wifi issue, File manager is worst, switches off automatically, while charging my friend got an error saying "battery voltage is too high, replace the battery". In air cooled environment it was showing temperature error. Found the camera quality good but its pain to see the images clicked through file manager. Disappointing!

I just bought one plus two yesterday and using Internet for 30 min and it start getting heating up. Is my choice is right or not I m bit worried about it

you can use another smartwatch like LG G Watch R or Moto 360 or even peeble
that 3 brand i would recommend.. way better than galaxy gear S..

But usually it is same the way. In nexus 5 also only single one is speaker and another one is microphone.
