There are always faulty pieces present... Please Don't make your opinion biased only on your phone bro... Also they gave you the 3T maybe because they would not have the op3 because as the 3T was announced the op3's production was stopped, they maybe out of stock with the op3...

Those who are facing battery backup issue, please update your OnePlus 3 to Oxygenos 4.1.6 . After updating I am getting 6 hours of Screen On Time .

Odd.... I have an a3000 yet I don't have band 12.... Cause I kinda need band 12 in the united states.... I have all the other bands i need to.... So much for verizon... Now I have to settle with at&t

If your budget allows go for the S8, I don't know why but I just hate the pixel... I just feel that its overpriced for what google offers... While the S8 is a treat... I would recommend you the S8 and if your budget is weak then the S7... Or you could just wait for a while and get the note 8...

Waiting for Robi aka supervisor as she needs China H/O to clear this. The customer service center is pushing me to send it in again but waiting to hear back. Once i get the phone back going to sell it for cheap and buy a S8 or Pixel.

I never faced a problem of random cuts... It sometimes calls the emergency numbers but I guess that's because I've switched the ambient display and proximity wake on... If you're facing such problems then you should visit the service centre or flash your phone yourself...

I remember that once I had problem with my galaxy grand 2 service centres were refusing to consider the issue... I mailed them my problem and attachment of the video and they got my problem recitified... You can try your luck

Worst phone I have ever owned. Read the reviews from the websites...fantastic. In reality, a piece of crap. First screen I have ever cracked despite putting an HD case on it from day one. Battery life, won't last a day at 9mths old. Dials random people when it wants to, disconnects when it wants to. Wont let me use internet whilst on the phone. I could go on....
Don't buy a oneplus. There's a reason this is a start up company. It's back to Samsung for me despite the bloatware.

I video'd my phone shutting down randomly again and didn't want to restart and they told me to give them another chance to send it in again to get repaired. I told them i don't want this phone and i want my refund. They sent my request to management for approval. They are keeping me hostage at this point and i have been going back and forth for 5.5 months now. Avoid this company at all costs.

Contact their seni... moreI have been going back and forth with them since January and they did mention it could be part of a "bad batch" but yet they didn't want me to send it in until this month. My phone right now is at their service facility in Markham Ontario Canada. Using a Iphone 6 as a loaner lol, good reminder why i moved away from iphone. Will see if they fix the phone, they assume it could be the motherboard. Lets see.

One plus 3 2 months ago told me that my phone could be part of a bad batch and they will get back to me. They then told me its Android N7, then they said i should not update my phone etc... i get a new person every time that doesn't look at my notes and just pass me to the next person. Hopefully they fix my phone if not i'm SOL cause i won't sell a broken phone to a person. Maybe i'll make a youtube video slamming one plus 3 phone into a wall, get enough ad dollars to get me a new phone. POS.
