That 6GB RAM is just for show, this device doesn't even use that RAM unless you root it and modify the build.prop file. Without this mod it functions just like a 4GB RAM device.
So I used the build.prop mod to improve the RAM management and utilise the 6GB RAM, the performance improved but now the battery life has gone down drastically and the worst part is that I forgot to back up the stock build.prop file.
Damn this phone, why did they put 6GB RAM in this device if it can't even utilise it?
OnePlus have committed blunder in OS optimisation of this device.

my screen broke on 1st drop on carpetted area. further the service centre claims ariund 20 simikar devices with them

One of the reasons I like oneplus is that they are real tech enthusiasts making phones. If it was just regular people, they would have gone with 2K screen and thereby giving shitty battery life. FHD screen is enough.

Luv this phone. I never owned a oneplus but I have experiences with its sister brand vivo and I simply love their phones. I expect plus 3 to be as good or even better.....
