U r correct that sd820 supports VOLTE but it need software to enable them and to get band/spectrum specific.
One Plus 3 doesn't support VOLTE check out official website plz
And Carl also commented that they r working on software to enable it and also that they cannot guarantee timely software update but they will do it with time.
One Plus 3 is not utilising 6GB Ram and latest 820sd processor to what they can deliver.
Though it is upgrade from one plus 2 but more in terms of money then what a true flagship killer should be.
Chinese phones with surplus production dumped into India and practically very difficult to rely about its consistent performance and durability with only two company's original service centre existing after selling millions of phones in India.
Rest assured company will not bother about customer after selling their one plus 3
Still a blind fan plz keep purchasing one plus 3 till it gets out of stock from exclusive selling partner.

Amazing camera, great display, and if you need dual sim slots, but also a ad card slot, there's actually a decided ad card slot and not a hybrid slot so you can use dual sim and a ad card at the same time. Plus it's afforable being under $300, seen it at least $270.

I was waiting for a long long time for the Xiaomi MI5 - 64 GB variant to launch in India but it never came till date, finally booked the OnePlus 3 from Amazon, should land in my home in 9-10 days. Let's hope it is a good choice.

1. Bezels
The perfect sweet spot, not too thin, not too thick (sony), not too weird or fancy (moto x, z)
2. Fingerprint reader
The best in the business. Very fast, checked alongside Nexus 6P, iPhone 5s, Mi Note3. Faster than pressing that power button!
3. Metallic back n body
This looks beautiful! No, really! No ugliness anywhere, the aluminum feels very premium.
4. Screen
Hmm, it's good, I don't think anyone would ever notice anything bad about this screen, i don't know, I'm a Moto X user since 2.5 years and have been seeing supersaturated black n color on AMOLED all this while. This screen is not that saturated, feels a little more real.
No complains about the screen resolution. Cmon guys, none of us need 2k 4k displays yet.
5. Battery
First charge lasted almost two days, with no extra apps installed, without wifi, and half the time on Airtel LTE. Must be good for one full day's usage.
6. Charging
Daaaayyymmm!!! 0-100 in an hour ! 2% per minute almost! And that charger looks and feels like a transformer!
7. USB Type C
I don't know what to do with this yet.
8. Camera
Initial pics turned out to be really good, front camera is crisp. I'm more of a post processing and editing guy. But these pics look like a damn good place to start. My Moto X first gen camera was very sufficient for my needs, hope that gives you some perspective any my opinion.
9. Oxygen OS
OK so I was hitting the wrong button for back since the time I started using the phone, got fed up and started looking for the option to make the buttons on screen. But to my absolute surprise, I found the option to flip the back button to the other side! Waaaaaat! I've never before got wherever I have wanted this precisely! And then there are the long tap and double tap for each button, that you can assign different functions to.
Many little settings that are useful.
10. Hardware n specs
It never hangs. I'm sure it won't. I'm not much of a gamer, I have a laptop for that. This one is more than up to date hardware wise.
Overall, well I am more of an aesthetics guy. I was thinking of getting the Galaxy S7. No other Android phone looked or felt better than that currently. But didn't want to put in half a lakh oh a phone. And I wasn't actually keen on the One Plus 3, I didnt follow any updates or check for leaked design pics. Then I found the MKBHD review video ( ... ) and immediately knew then was the phone I wanted! Incidentally it was the same day it released on Amazon (I didn't know that) and I ordered it within the next few minutes!
No regrets! Never Settle!

I just got this phone delivered this morning, it's a true beast, a monster and a killer. Blows my Nexus 6p to outer space. Oh I love this phone so much, I am very happy.

Guys did anyone checked the clocks piped of the CPU of their phone, coz mine says 1.59 gz while it was advertised as 2.15.... No wonder the performance is not upto the mark

saw a video on youtube it shows that this phone is slow in speed test and all games start alwys from the beginning so no store in ram catch....this disappointing for 6 GB ram

Overall great phone.cant find any faults so far at all. Camera works great, and the phone is super smooth with very very heavy usage. Don't listen to hillbilly trolls. there's no program with Memory usage either.

One plus 3 lacks VOLTE support and is not future proof as all major LTE gaints going to launch 4G with VOLTE sooner from Airtel to Reliance Jio
Others brands from Samsung to Moto all having VOLTE and even Mi5
And worst After Sales service in India
One damaged u have to pay almost the price of the phone you got
And duration of after sales service is like 20-25 days except in the original one plus service centres in Bangalore and Mumbai
Very late software updates one plus 2 received it few time before
They only want to make money and dump Chinese sulplus to India.
