So, your phone is gonna capture for 30 seconds. That's why the "capturing" screen stays on and on for all that while (30 seconds to be precise).
Having said that, the slow shutter speed can help you shoot some amazing shots like light trails and blurred flowing water..
Similarly, you can decrease the shutter speed too (upto 1/8000 I think), which can help you snap fast moving objects, like the rotating fan for example. But one issue is, lowering the shutter speed, lowers the light entering the lens, thus the images would turn out to be dark. So, you'll have to crank up the ISO accordingly (which would bring in lot of noise unfortunately).
Read about the exposure triangle in the internet. There's a lot of stuff the OnePlus 3 can do!

Those who have the oneplus 3... Please check that in the manual mode, keep the ISO at 2500 and the third option to 30 and try clicking a photograph... My phone gets struck at the screen which says capturing and the photo never gets captured... Please tell me if you're facing any such problem...

I use OP3. My Big Bro use OP3t.
My friend use xioami 5.
Nothing goes wrong from all of these phones.
OP3 battery is not that good, but i can charge really fast like in the ad.
So i think if the budget is not the main point of you, just go for OP3t if u want AMOLED display.
