After settings if you don't see Jio sim symbol, reboot the mobile.

If anyone has Jio sim detection or VoLTE problem, please fall the instructions.go to settings open sim management ,go to Jio sim settings then go to APN settings and select default on right hand top corner by clicking three dots. I have solved the above problem by doing this.try

I want to get a phone for my br... moreI am currently using OP3 and I am fully satisfied with the device except the display (viewing angles are not that good) and battery life but these two problems can be ignored as it offers great performance and camera at a very good price point, but if you leave in a country where you can get ZTE devices like Nubia z11 or Axon 7 then go for either of these devices or else go for OP3.

Yesterday I upgraded my one plus 3 to Android 7.0. after being upgraded all my contacts got lost also I m not able to synchronize my contacts that are with my Google account. Also m not able to save my WhatsApp contacts,it is showing remark as "you may not have a proper app for viewing this content".After making a call there are no numbers or contacts in my call log.facing this problem after upgrading to Android 7.0. kindly resolve my issue.its creating a problem for me bcuz again and again I have to type number and call and the same number is not getting saved in my call log.

After updating 4.0.2, Jio sim is not detecting by OnePlus three mobile and Same problem in OnePlus two mobile after updating 3.5.6. I don't know what ishappening.

But amoled display are better than a lcd display considering the deep black that amoled displays offer.Also adding up the fact that iPhone 7 plus is better than OP3,but it is also "TWICE" the price of Op3! I'm a OP3 user and I'm loving my phone. So if you are trying to show of as a Apple fanboy, this is not the place to do that. Adios

Plz help.
yesterday i upgraded my OP3 android version to 7.0. Oxygen OS now 4.0.2.
since yesterday battery life drained like a hell. it tooks only 10hrs to finish 100% without any significant use.
really sucks.
What should i do now??

Ialso work in a company that sells them, haven't seen too many coming back, and just to be a little mean the batteries on these don ot suddenly die after 2 years nor do they turn the phone into grenades, overall i would say the build quality beats samsung and iphone, a robust, ergonomical and super fast device, especially considering the price

The operating system of my OnePlus 3 device got updated to the Version "ONEPLUS 3003_16_170114" yesterday (20th Jan. 2017). This update has paralyzed my device (as well as those of many other users as is demonstrated by the complaints posted on OnePlus India website).
The specific problems are :
1) The Phonebook of the device is not at all visible;
2) The Call Log is not available;
3) The battery drains very fast (from 100% to 53% in less than 3 hours). Before the update, the battery was to last for almost 24 hours.
Have sent complaints to OnePlus India, their response has been prompt but does not solve any of these grievances.

Dont make just statements.
I love my One plus 3, in every aspect it's better than an iPhone except screen and camera.. But satisfied at this price.
