which is better Samsung Note5 or Oneplus 3?
the specifications are better in Note5 expect the 6G Ram,fingerprint and metal body in Onp3, and the price is very close.

Amirul Asyraf, 24 Nov 2016What is the different between OP3 model A3000 and A3003?It is not accurate to quote those model numbers when talking about the OP3 because there are actually 3 different hardware phones which are the US model A3000, Eu/Asia model A3003, and the China model A3000. Then go to settings and check for updates. Tada.... U will get latest 3.2.8 , 40 mb updates via OTA. Enjoy ... You don't need root for this.

Roy, 26 Nov 2016must be rooted or not?No . You don't need root for adb sideload. Make sure u have adb drivers installed in ur pc for Op3.

What is the customer service like in your experience? The only thing stopping me from buying this phone is if any of the hardware breaks (dead pixels, faulty fingerprint/home button, etc) meaning that I will have to contact their customer service. As I have previous experience with Nexus devices, how does OnePlus support compare with Google's?

Op3 gives a stocking feel and butter smooth experience at a lower price but note 5 have pen/stylus functionality to it and other software enhancements.
