I regret buying Oneplus 5 and sold it for 3T, I'm more happy overall with the phone and design just looks better than iPhone copy.

Has anyone noticed the op3t heating a bit when watching you tube videos , downloading files and playing games ? If so let me know because my 3t does heat a bit under these situations and just wanna know if this is normal or a fault in my unit ?

No, it didn't heat up, the only time it did heat up, it activated in my pocket and launched a load of apps, and then I noticed the heat. It has gotten warm occasionally when charging, but mostly it's cool/cold in use.

Oneplus manufactured only a small amount of the special edition which went out of stock long ago... And mate, oneplus 3T is now a bit outdated, if you will change your phone in one year then it is good, or else if you're planning to use it for long, then its certainly going to be outdated...
If you are not buying the oneplus 5 just because it doesn't look appealing then you're doing a mistake buddy, it has very good internals and good camera... Oneplus software is also top notch ( even better than samsung)... And in this price range oneplus's offering is the best you can get ( in terms of value and long usage) or you can just buy the mi mix 2...

I can't find Oneplus 3T 128GB Midnight Black A3003 international variant anywhere, it's discontinued everywhere. I never liked the Oneplus 5 design or the rumoured Oneplus 5T. Is there way I can buy Oneplus 3T by trusted seller. I really need this phone so badly.

I bought a OnePlus 3T from Asia having watched the OnePlus 5 Keynote and though Meh.
It cost me $360, and it's an outstanding phone. It has a solid premium feel to it & stellar battery life. I easily got a full day of navigating via google maps in a foreign country with WiFi and GPS enabled. This is with the phone constantly in my hand, and the screen on a lot. According to AccuBattery Pro at 70% charge (my current battery level) I'll get 5 hours (4:56 mins) screen on time. This is based off of 90 charging sessions. the DASH charging is very quick. I can usually get to 90% (where I charge to) in 30 mins or so after I plug it in in the morning. It usually has 25-35% power left at the end of an average day.
It has a very hires 1080p AMOLED screen, you cannot see the pixels up close. the sound is very good, the camera is also very good, especially once I uploaded the Pixel Camera App with HDR support. The finger print sensor is on the front, (where it should be) and is lightning fast. It still has a 3.5mm audio jack. and it's running Android 7.1.1 and reckons to get Android 8 by the end of the year. Not only that it has the best community support bar none at XDAdevelopers.
My wife has a galaxy S8+ it is a very nice screen, but she still complains about it. having seen the S8+ and messed about with it a bit, I would still take the 3T over the S8 anyday.
It is a fantastic phone and a worth successor to my venerable LG G2

i have just purchased a used one plus 3, i am charging it with a samsung fast charging adapter.. i am not happy with its battery performance whatsoever, it drains a lot, it drains 10-12 percent overnight, whenever i go to battery settings to see which app is using more battery the "Cell Standby" always comes on top usage, (twice as much as any other 2nd app) plus i am only having 3 hours screen time on 100% charge. please tell me what should i do? does the Dash Charger makes difference to battery life??
