Updated to Oxygen 4.5 last night and screen on time skyrocketed from 3.5 hours to 6 hours.
In my usecase, last few versions weren't quite good in battery life.

Updated mine to 4.5. And much better, overall. Fonts option intro, but not Gothic Bold, becuz of thin fonts you can't read, had to add one. Security August updated. Still I remember 650$ paid, now not even 5 version not that expensive. 128+6

Rear camera performance, screen, battery life, water resistance are lacking in 3T.
While the build quality is totally personal preference, me myself feel s7 edge's build is excellent.
3T is my phone of choice out of this 2 because of the price. I am more than happy with my 3T now but if I had the money, S7 edge will be my choice for sure.
For full package, go for the S7 edge
For performance and value go for the 3T.
Btw the price of S7 edge is quite acceptable now.

Simon Catalin is absolutely right I am using one plus 3T and this handset is far better than S7 in every aspect. Regarding S7 edge 3t is much better except battery life and rear camera quality but the build quality of S7 edge is mediocre.

I am android user, i was using samsung s6 edge and its been only 10 months. s6 edge froze completely when I was using an app since then it has not switched on. I am thinking to buy One plus 3t instead. Also, I have an option of s7 edge. which one is better one plus 3t or s7edge? I am looking for phone which functions properly and is long lasting (at least 2-3 years)

My wife is using this phone for last 8 month. Although I am an iphone user, I beleive its an impressive phone. Whenever I give it to other people, they impress by its speed and performance. I would recommend go for it
