Using since 2 week, previously Used Galaxy S7. This phone is a performance beast. Backup is awesome, with official OS, easily get 5.5-7.5 hours Screen On Time. Regular usage will not saturate its battery, you can easily spend 1 day with it.

Purchase last week online,
No earfone,
Camera is not up to the mark as it has 16 mp as discribed but front one is better then rear to take selfies
One issue with this device is heating problem, as I updated the Android latest version as I received it,s still heating issue on use of only half hours ,some time camera is lagging also..company should fix these issues. Rest is OK. honestly I will not recommend to any one as m not satisfied with OnePlus 3t

Poor customer service, Purchased 3T mid April, Phone restarts randomly. The support advice was to reset the phone (already done so when first noted this quirk). On going support dialog with trying to schedule non existing Level 2 support to remotely diagnose. Request to swap out the phone which is only 2 months old rejected. Sadly I have to concede that this buy was a mistake as it is poor quality Chinese make with non existing credible support. Would not recommend this phone.

I love the phone! I've had HTC and Motorola and this phone is far and away the best. It's the CUSTOMER SUPPORT that needs fixing.....badly.
I ordered about $ 90.00 USD in accessories. I received an email saying " it has been delivered." What? I don't have it.
I looked at the tracking and found my order had been delivered, alright, but to the PO in La Jolla, Cal. I live in Poughkeepsie NY.
I immediately reported this to their Customer Support. They denied any mistake and said I could pick i up at the PO in Cal. Are you kidding? Then they had it returned to them and they voided the whole thing. What a way to handle such an egregious mistake!
