Harald, 06 Feb 2017My new OP3T purchased on 26/01/17 & also got new nougat... moreAs far as i know that's a problem with nougat in itself since even other phones had their battery life worsened after they got updated to 7.0 but make sure to enable doze and auto close high power usage apps

1) Backup all your photos, contacts and games to any backup server i.e. Google Drive, Mega. Then after the backup and reset your phone. Problem will be solved.
2) Either, check out the forums how to fix this.
3) Or Either, go to their website and call for support. Detail your problem and get solution. :)

Do you know why they use 1080 displays? To increase battery life. You can't see any difference in day to day usage . Until unless you uses a VR.

My new OP3T purchased on 26/01/17 & also got new nougat update but i have noticed my battery getting drained very soon even if i am using apps just to browse though the dash charging is super fast but still one plus needs to get this fixed.......

and 4K compared to 2K won't make a massive difference for our eyes.
1080p should be enough for daily usage but not VR, VR (2K/4k

I assume you never used any Quad HD device before. Oneplus 3T with just Full HD make the its hardware specs almost useless. Better luck next time.

Those displays are no where near as bright or accurate with colors as this. Plus it can also go to really low notes for night usage which are all traits of a high end panel.
And the same 1080p display coupled with SD821 makes this phone unrivalled in performance, especially in gaming. So much so that even the SD835 phones with a 2K display won't be able to match it.
