Pre-orders of OnePlus 5T started. Some prominent changes in specifications, 6" Quad full HD screen, 18:9 aspect ratio, Improved dual camera of 20*16 MP rear, 16 MP front and 3450 mAH battery, weight 164 gms, price $ 549(Rs 35550) and rest specifications same as OP 5. Appears to be a complete package but all depends on its performance.

Old Salty, 24 Oct 2017You are talking rubbish. 1) The phone has to be sealed to ... morerubbish you say? Phones do not need to be 'sealed' to be waterproof, look at any number of phones over the past 3 years with sd cards that have ip and even mil-spec standards. while I agree that said cards may be somewhat slower than direct phone to PC comms, they're the best way to expand your storage without pausing in the middle of whatever you're doing to upload everything to the cloud (assuming you're somewhere with good signal or that you can pause without screwing the moment) or simply running out of room and causing your phone to act poorly for lack of space. When it comes down to it phones nowadays do more than the vast majority will ever need, excepting the simple things.. battery, storage, camera, visually appealing interface. If you don't want to spend the extra 3 minutes waiting for things to transfer from a card to computer instead of device to computer, you have bigger issues in your life than phone specs.

AnonD-700319, 25 Oct 2017Is there a possibility that OP5T will cost lesser than OP5?... moreNo, in fact it's the opposite. OnePlus 5 at launch was $479 and the OnePlus 5T at launch will be $500.

OldSalty, 24 Oct 2017...or a removable battery... ...I could go on...You are talking rubbish.
              1) The phone has to be sealed to make it waterproof.
              2) Every phone manufacturer is moving away from SD cards, they are too slow for modern processors and slow it down.
              3) The only people who want SD cards are the ones who download lots of porn films.

There is a lot of talk of Oneplus 5T having the fingerprint scanner moved to the back due to the 18:9 tall screen. Does that mean the only way to unlock the phone is by picking it up?

Also it is not about all one plus 5, just some of them have got an issue such called "jelly". over all nothing serious and it won't effect phone's performance.

it's really not annoying at all, perhaps you can say it's not noticeable when you get used to it, not like what they say in the reviews.

I really like this phone and I am planning to buy it for a while now but I am afraid because of all these reviews saying that a downside is the *jelly* thing. For those who have purchased the phone I would appreciate it if you could kindly let me know if the jelly is noticable or not.
                                  Thanks in advance!
