It might be a good phone, but OnePlus customer service is AWFUL. I will never buy a OnePlus product again.

I am interested to buy OnePlus 5 but then when I see people reviews about jelly effects makes disappointed cos I really want this phone and I also don't want the jelly affect on my phone.
Please guys advise me if there is such issue with OnePlus 5. Should I go for it or not?

DEciding which one to buy Google Pixel, Samsung S8 or OnePlus 5?
You'll not be disappointed,infact you'll love it.except for water resistance.
But that's not a deal breaker for most of you and if it is you need to shell out 20k extra.
Camera,Processor,Screen,Battery,Display and great software experience.
Everything is Great.
Go for it.

I bought this phone on the first week of its release. Till date it's working wonderful. No issues. I work around people who mostly use Apple and have iPhone 6s nd 7 but when they used mine 1+5, they were surprised with the quality and feel of this handset. It's batter then 7s even in many aspects.
It's actually your choice if you want to pay 1.8x times of your money just to show an apple on the back of your phone, which will be hidden once you'll use a protective case.
Forgot to tell, many of those using iPhone 7 have their what's app dp clicked by mine OnePlus 5.😉😉

I'll rate this product 5/5 anytime. Best smartphone in this price range. If you are thinking of buying this smartphone just go for it.
It's almost a month I am using this smatphone, have not encountered any issues.

Go for it. It's better than i7 no doubt. Nothing fault with camera, battery life etc.. Really worth for the cost.

It's something where you're at and something about your clothes.
I don't even use a case and the phone has no dust whatsoever.

And one more thing, when u put the call on the speaker, the other party can hear you as long as you're holding your phone right next to you, if you leave like 1 m away, they wont hear a single thing! NOT A THING! Why no one remembered to mention these things on any damn forum??
Is there any fix for this issue, or it's simply the way this phone is?

Best mobile I had used till now.wortful for the cost. You will fall love with the camera. Fullly satisfied. Go for it.

I've been using this phone from about 2 weeks.Everything in this phone is top notch.Nothing to worry.Except the thing that this company is advertising the most,the camera(not the front camera, it's great).Camera is not so bad but not so good.My Samsung S5 take good pics than this.Thats why rating it 4 stars.If you can compromise in this department then you will just love this machine because i am really enjoying it.One thing more that there is no music player in this device so there is no equilizer.You have to use third party app.Go for 'Poweramp', it is the best for this device.

So, everyone remembered to give their thoughts on the performance and similar preferences, BUT NO ONE remembered to mention that OP5 is a bloody DUST MAGNET! It attracts dust like its a completely standard feature of the phone. Whenever I take it out of the pocket, those whole screen is fully covered in dust, and I've never had a similar issue with any other phone so far. Why does this keep happening??
People pay attention to this. I'm getting a dust proof spray tomorrow to spray it all over the damn phone, and if that doesn't fix the issue, I'll go and sell it, because this is absolutely unacceptable!
