AnonD-217528, 12 Aug 2017Which better one one plus 5 Vs LG g6 plzzz help meG6
Better build quilaty.
Better screen unless if you like Amoled G6 IPS lot better than one plus 1080P Amoled
G6 comes with IP68 water dust restaint
G6 comes with dual camera too, but I think one plus tilephoto more useful than G6 wide engle camera

Overall if you looking for quality phone go for G6 if you for performance go for one plus 5

                Hi everyone!

I have encountered a problem when I bought from OnePlus and they do not want to solve. I want to publish it to prevent others who want to buy from OnePlus.

On 28th of June I ordered two items: OnePlus 5 Midnight Black and OnePlus 5 Silicone Protective Case (Black) from the official web site( https://oneplus.net/ ). On the 4th of July I received the package and opened it in the presence of my colleagues, who witnessed the fact that they didn’t send the products that I had ordered and paid for.
Firstly, I noticed that the phone case that I had ordered was not in the package so I opened a claim tag. When I set up the phone and looked over the specifications I noticed that I received another version of the phone and not the one I ordered and paid for. I ordered a Midnight Black 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage and instead I received Slate Gray 6GB RAM + 64GB Storage. I opened once more a new claim tag for this but the support operator from OnePlus closed the two claims and made only one tag. I attached pictures of the entire package and it’s content, pictures that prove that the version of the phone that was in the case was different from the one that was shown on the box. Also, the IMEI series that was written on the box that contained the phone, was different from the IMEI series that was written on the phone that was in the box.
To resume, not only did I pay for a phone case that was not in the delivered package, but I also paid for a different version of the phone that I ordered.
I gave them three ways of resolving this matter:
                1) send the courier to pick up the mistaken package and after that send me the right products that I ordered in the first place, which are: Midnight Black 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage + OnePlus 5 Silicone Protective Case (Black)
                2) A second option is to send the courier to pick up the mistaken package and refund me the full amount of money that I paid (The whole amount paid by me, not what it cost me what I actually received)
                3) The third option would be to send me the amount of money that represents the difference between the price of Midnight Black 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage + OnePlus 5 Silicone Protective Case (Black) and the price of Slate Gray 6GB RAM + 64GB Storage and give me warranty certificate for Slate Gray 6GB RAM + 64GB Storage.
The answer after their first investigation was: "
Cody here again to take over. Thank you for your patience. I've gotten feedback from our headquarters regarding evaluation. I regret to say that the case has been declined. They were able to conclude that there were no discrepancies during the delivery period as well as the packing from our warehouse.

I hope you understand that we take the steps to ensure the validity and integrity of our investigation hence the set number of days for the investigation as well as getting this forwarded to our headquarters to make extra sure."

After daily discussions with people from support they have escalated the case to a specialist and since July 15, no one answers the ticket. I called for support, I chatted with them almost daily. Everyone tells me the same cliché: to wait 24-48 hours until I get an answer. And I wait, but nobody answers.

Mainly because I was replying to a comment of a person saying 20GB RAM inside of something. Then the person I started having argument to say it is kind of true. Then he say 50% busy on stock ANDROID. So I am confused. The only meaning that tech enthusiasts like me will know is ANDROID, even when u bought the smartphone and switch it on, it already uses more than half of your RAM. And that is true. But he tells me to educate myself. I am thinking: Why? He is the one who never elaborate it correctly, so he should do that

I agree with you actually and find you're arguments logical, ram management is more important than raw RAM as far as I'm concerned; it doesn't matter if you have 4GB or 8GB, the XZ premium runs faster than every phone out there with just 4 gigs of ram, the S8 duo aren't behind either except for their sluggish UI.

It's much cheaper & you don't lose anything in terms of quality. About the camera, you can view and compare photos taken from iphone, samsung s8 etc. with that of OP5. I didn't find any considerable difference, but you may. In any case, study all the major reviews including users review before buying: The range Rs.30000 - Rs.40000 isn't easy money!

Firstly, I haven't experienced any problem whatsoever right from day one: I learnt about the concept of `jelly effect' only after reading reviews later. Thereafter, I could notice a sort of such effect; but it never interfered in my browsing joy. Now, after the 4.5.8 update, I don't notice even that.
