Does anyone know why Oneplus phones won't play a Whatsapp notification sound? I've tried every setting but without success. Anyone know how to make it work?

This phone has major issues with dash charger. So far I have used two chargers at a cost of almost $50 each.

90% of the time the phone switches to 2G mode. There are no options for dedicated 4G / 3G. We can switch it to 4G or 3G only momentarily by turning the Aeroplane mode on and then off. But within a short while the phone again switches to 2G mode with the internet almost DEAD. I face this problem with BSNL as well Idea 4G.
This is highly disgusting / frustrating.
Did I spend 33K on a 4G capable 2G phone?

imty, 15 Nov 2018Purchased the OnePlus 5T as a replacement for my 1 year old... moreThe reason the keyboard is shutting down while you are typing is because you are mistakenly clicking the home button while you type. If you have updated to Android Pie, change the navigation to gesture, you won't face this problem anymore.
