Is the difference between FHD and QHD noticeable cuz i used to own a QHD device S6 edge and switching to an HD panel its a real pain so is the FHD panel good?

The 5T doesnt have Widevine Lvl1 Support and therefore no Netflix HD.. there is a fix - but it Needs to send the phone in... and if you buy a brand new oneplus 5t you never know if it already has Widevine Lvl1 or not..

Gonna buy this phone soon as a gift for myself. Lol. Best budget phone of 2017 for me.

The mate has ip53 splash proof (apprently the 5T has some splash resistancy tho but not certified)
The mate 10 has higher resolution screen, higher PPI and even has HDR but the onelpus 5T, even tho lower resolution has the DCIP3 Optic amoled screen which is one of the most colour accurate screens around, and the amoled is more efficient.
Both have OREO and onelpus 5T just entered Oreo 8.1 Beta stage.
Back Camera it's a big win to the Mate 10, hats down.
Front camera is a big win to the oneplus 5T.
The Mate 10 features micro SD card slot which is a must have in every flagship, a big huge point to huawei for that one.
Even tho the oneplus 5T has louder and clearer audio input, the huawei Mate 10, despite lower volume has Stereo audio which is amazing. (but i take louder and crispness over stereo, it's a personal preference)
Many points here go to the Mate 10 like HDR screen, sd micro card slot, stereo speakers, ip53 rating.
But what lacks the oneplus 5T makes it's features stronger.
The 5T has a near stock experience, faster UI overall, a much more power chipset (SD835) in terms of GPU. Higher RAM, much lighter overall phone build with the same materials. The oneplus 5T features so many gestures it gets ridiculous.
Pause, next, previous music changer by gestures, you don't even need to turn on the phone. Draw a V, M, O, etc to associate apps or features.
I have the V for flashlight and O for clash royale.
Ambient display (lift up the phone and its shows you the notifications, the text somebody send you, time without even opening the phone screen.
And most important of all, for 499 euros you get the oneplus 5T and a Mate 10 for 699 here in portugal. A steep 200 euros difference..

I heard tat imessage is the best message app yet in the market and some other Apple only apps are phoenomenal.
At the other hand, Android has much more variety in apps than Apple's.
The battery life in the 5T is much superior than Apple's. The 5T has been praised to have one of the best and accurate displays in the market, even tho it's a FullHD+.
All in all, the 5T is a much better choice regarding price and performance.
Apple's ecosystem is nice but it ain't worth it anymore. Android and Apple are equal, both are the best OS you can find.
The only good thing about Apple is the 4-5 years continous support.
The good thing about Android are the fonctionalities, the customizations and the ROM support.
Apple definitely wins in the camera department but the 5T isn't far behind, the camera quality is in between the iphone 7 and iphone 8. So, not bad for a 500USD device if you ask me
